Online ordering was easy. Fullfilment took too long.

I ordered a 100pc case of shockwatch2 indicators. On every single label, the printing was smeared and unreadable to the scanner system. Some could not even be read by eye. I called about these and someone was supposed to get back to me, but I never heard from them.

I was a longtime customer of discountplastics.com, and Ken, one of their sales managers, reached out to me and told me that he was moving over to International Plastics. I'm happy to report that IP's products appear to be on-par and customer service even better. The shipping rates also appear to be better, making me feel as if IP passes along their shipping discounts onto customers, rather than pocketing the difference. One product which I had ordered was drop-shipped from a US manufacturer, which makes me happy.

First of all you carried a product that I needed at the best price I could find. It was easy to use your website, place my order and checkout. My order was delivered very quickly; it was complete and packed well. I had no issues with my order and did not have to contact customer service.
