I have a rental property along way from where I live, and boiler packed up and my tennants were freezing! I was in a quandary as to what to do. By chance I found Boiler Guide. A lovely friendly lady called me back almost as soon as I left a message and things started happening immediately. It was a BRILLIANT experience. Efficient and timely arrangement of 3 boiler installers to contact me for quotes. I finally got my new boiler properly installed by an installer they referred. Initially they could have 5 stars, but ... One star is deducted for their stupid arrangement of calling me to ask me nearly the same questions that I already filled in their online form before. Why should people waste time filling in the online form then? I missed their calls at first so that the process was delayed. One more star is deducted for their having not informed the installers my situations & requests already given. Not sure if it's the installers' problems, but certainly it's related to their communication and their guidelines on installers. Sincerely hope they could keep improving to get 5 stars.

They rang me within the hour of me filling in the online form to confirm my job and to advertise it. Then the heating engineers all contacted me with a date for a quote before the end of the same day. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Very useful help for the consumer to undertake a task which we all have to do only once every 15 years or so. Not like the weekly shop!

Boiler Guide we’re contacted for reliable gas safe engineers to quote, supply and fit a New gas boiler. A company called MTS from Exeter contacted us a chap named Jim contacted us and arranged to come and see us. After receiving and accepting his quote for the replacement of our old boiler the work was carried out without any problems, the standard of work was quick, clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his work for any heating / plumbing work, very satisfied.

Brilliant company from coming out to quote me for a new boiler with all options explained didn't make me feel rushed no pressure then fitting new boiler just as Brilliant this company is professional friendly and polite great job done no nonsense all left clean and tidy I can highly recommend this company absolutely brilliant
