Very few installers were registered with Boiler Guide in my area so only 2 were close enough to quote. Also they did not pass on my written job specification to the Companies. After emailing the spec. again directly to them both and explaining on the phone only one quoted so there were no competitive quotes. The Company that quoted had no customer reviews with either Boiler Guide or Trustpilot but Boiler Guide refused to contact previous customers to get feedback, only saying that previous customers had not responded to their email requests. However It turned out very well in my case, no complaints in the end, but I would have preferred to use a Company with previous good reviews.

Eco Heat Boilers guys were great, gave me advice which boiler is the best for me Baxi 830. I am very pleased with the quality and the price for all the work done.

The engineer who visited was very honest, helpful and informative.
