Please do not use these guys. They're pretty much like brokers and use third party companies. Boiler guide recommended me InterCounty Plumbing & Heating Ltd. I forked out £3k last year. They left me with leaks and damages all over the place. My mistake was paying them the money once the job what I thought was "complete". They then stopped answering the phones and in July 2022 I found out there was an order from court to wind up the company. Boiler guide was as useful as a pen with no ink. I had to get different plumbers to remedy the problems at an extra cost. My advice, just use installer's recommended by friends and families! Boiler guide get a cut back from these rogue firms.

Rob from RC heating, explained the difference in boilers and what he thought I needed. He is an experienced installer, which reassured me. With the quote, I had his gas safe register number too. Installation was done well by Rob and Chris. They removed the massive old boiler and next day installed the new Vaillant boiler. I would highly recommend RC Heating for boiler installation and boiler service too.
