Excellent product that does what it says it will. Our experience of ordering, delivery etc. was first class. This company knows what it's doing, kept us informed and sells a really effective product. Our patio, paths and edging all look like they did when we bought our new-build house in 2011.

Didn’t completely remove the black spot but the stone is maybe 15 years old. However, the stone has come up much cleaner than when I usually jet wash it. So reasonably happy with the outcome.

My first time using the product. Found it to be very effective. Some areas required 2-4 applications. But overall very pleased.

The preventer product really works. Have been using it for about 3years now.

I first saw Patio Black Spot Remover at Chelsea Flower Show a few years ago but thought it was probably a gimmick and too good to be true. However last summer our patio looked so bad we decided to give it a go. The result was amazing - it looked like new again! Very easy to use and doesn’t affect plants which is important as we have box balls in front of our patio. We’ve just bought the Black Spot Preventer (because it was on special offer!) but haven’t had chance to use it yet, but hope it will be as effective. I’m not sure what is in these products (not shown on the container but it smells a bit bleachy?) but it really works.

I order Blackspot preventer every year online. The website is easy to navigate. They answer queries promptly and it is always delivered on time. I’ll be ordering again this year.
