Our patio was so badly covered with unsightly black spot, (which other products we tried did not touch at all), that we were reconciled to having to replace the whole thing in future. Having had no success with other products, I tried this one as a last resort, having seen it in a magazine with reference to its RHS credentials. I was amazed and delighted with it! The patio looks like new!! Fantastic. We had to apply more than once in particularly bad places but it was superb. I wouldn't buy any other product for this purpose now. Fantastic!!

Whilst it improves the colour of the stones, it doesn't completely remove black spot even after more than one application.

My patio has had black spot for a few years and been meaning to treat it for a while. We finally decided to bite the bullet, buy the product and give it a go. I must say I am very impressed. My Indian sandstone is looking like new again! Brilliant product.

Having tried various products to remove blackspot and green algae and found them to be next to useless, I finally decided to try this. It worked astonishingly well and very quickly on regularly pressure washed artificial stone. It's taken much much longer (2 applications) on pavers which have never been pressure washed and there are still some remaining blackspots, but this is an old northfacing path. However, the original colour has been restored and I am still pleased with the effect and may try again when it's warmer.

This product may be expensive but our patios look almost new. Brilliant.5 stars.

Two years ago I thought our Indian sandstone was beyond hope. I bought patio black spot remover and all of the spots and blemishes vanished. Did another area this year and had the same great result. This time I also bought the one for concrete slabs and also had fantastic results. Delivery was 48 hours so great service as well
