Contacted the lovely people at Black Spot for advice and reassurance concerning our natural Indian Sandstone patio, and they responded no only quickly but with advice that was totally relevant. They very generously sent a 'sample' which turned out to be a full sized container. Can't fault their customer service and follow up and communication.

BSR provided an excellent service and I am delighted with the outcome. On several occasions over the years I have had my patio and stonework professionally jet washed at great expense. But it doesn’t last and within months it is just as dirty again. Despite a thorough clean no one has been able to get rid of the black spots totally and certainly not from my rockery. I saw the PBSR Product demonstrated at Wisley flower show and was going to purchase the products and ask my handyman to apply it. However, when I called to purchase several containers the customer service lady persuaded me to get the team to clean it for me. My patio stones are 22 years old and she told me it may take several applications to remove the black spots. As they charge Per square metre and not per application it would work out more cost-effective. Delighted that I used their service. The guys were punctual, hard-working and the lights and replaced all the patio furniture afterwards. All the black spot has been removed not only from the patio but also from stonework and the rockery. I don’t recall ever seeing the beautiful lines and colours of the natural rock… they have been dirty for so long and no one else has even suggested cleaning them because they knew that they couldn’t do a good job. It’s great that this is a once only application and that only an annual preventer is required which will be a fraction of the original cost

This is a brilliant product, all I can say is just follow exactly what it says on the video on how to use it and it works well. It's so nice to have our patio back as it was when it was first laid. Would i recomend it? You bet I would. Would I use it again? no need.

It did exactly what it promised to do!

This was done by 2 technicians from the company. The result is excellent,better than I had expected. The patio looks new. Some plants were drowned in adjacent flower beds. I hope they will recover. The customer service both in the office and by the technicians was great.

Amazing results, patio looks like new. You can instantly see the difference and it’s easy to apply. I have tried other patio cleaners but none have worked as well and most have barely touched the black spots.

I am very happy to give this product 5 stars. It is the first time I have used the product and the result is even better than I could have hoped it would be, resulting in my patio looking as good as it did many years ago when it was first put down. I will certainly be using this product again and have already recommended it to friends who wish to get rid of black spots on their drives, paths or patios. B HYDE

Does what it says on the container! Although try and ensure you don’t spray your black work trousers!!

1. Staff, Jane, in customer support was extremely knowledgeable about the product and it’s application on different types of patio surfaces. 2. My needs were specific and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. 3. Product was applied on black spots on patio and results were remarkable in removing them. Save your money, no better than a £1 mildew remover. Didn't cover the stated 25sm, only about 18sm. Lots of black spots left on the slabs after hosing down 4 hours following the application

Firstly I have to say that the final result was very good. Have no complaints at all with the quality of the work. I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth as the original area that had been quoted for was not in fact for the area that had been estimated but rather the minimum area fo 30m2... so when the final invoice was received at more than double the anticipated cost I feel mislead and perhaps wouldn't have wanted to spend that much money. On the up side the patio does look great but won't be using them again.

Absolutely outstanding results. It’s expensive when you review other products but you really get what you pay for. Great results cleaning dull, discoloured sandstone to show its rich tones once more. Fabulous product and arrived quickly on order
