My first order and it arrived earlier than expected. Product is excellent. A bit of patience is needed to put it together but its worth it. I ordered 2 -17 in 10 in 1 and a set of extenders but after receiving the beds, I decided I didn't want to connect them and requested to return them. Vego was very responsive and rather then having me return the product they told me to keep them as well as refunded the purchase price. Great customer service!

Delivered on time. All components of the garden bed were included. Easy to assemble, instructions were clear.

When items are in stock, service and delivery are seamless with arrivals in less than a week. However, if an item is listed as in stock, but is actually not, then chats and phone calls are necessary. Always check the availability status before submitting your order.

Delivered fast, went together as planned, took 180 minutes to assemble instead of the stated 120 minutes due too 74 nuts and bolts and me not being mechanically inclined and doing it by myself. A ratchet socket wrench really speeds things up and I recommend two people to put together a 31 inch bed. Four supports make the bed very stable.

This is our second bed purchase from this company. They are easy to assemble, light weight but durable. The bed we purchased last year was larger and taller, it sat outside throughout the winter and still looks brand new. I plan to purchase more beds from this company

Prompt delivery and ease of service

While it took much longer than I expected to arrive, customer service was quick to reply to my inquiries. I love the rolling planter.

The delivery was great and no trouble at all. The light blue color of the beds complement my garden really well. I didn’t appreciate that I had to pay an additional fee for delivery insurance and the assembly was tricky because I missed reading the panels all are different sizes and should be placed in the correct area if not the panels will not fit properly. Overall the service is great and the beds are very pretty.

Product is very high quality! Well protected for shipment. Received in perfect condition. Assembly went very well but takes longer to accomplish than estimated. Looks very nice in our yard. Purchased a second one a coupe of weeks later. Will highly recommend.

Very well constructed and designed. The beds were easy enough to assemble. The arched trellis took a bit of time to assemble. Did not have written instructions and I had to watch the video tutorial 7 times over for the detail on the bolts and the rubber washers.

Love Vego garden beds. Easy to assemble, and well constructed. I love the way they enhance my garden space - makes everything look neat and tidy, and best of all…no digging holes into the ground, I can control what is in my soil, and no weeds! Doesn’t get any better than that!
