Egypt | 08 April 2025Unfortunately my wife has had to be hospitalised three times over the last couple of years, twice for major surgery. On each occasion we have found Morgan Price to be not only speedy and effective at the organisation of the entire process, but we also very much appreciated the personal interaction with their team, up to and including their Chief Medical Officer; we found sympathetic responses and even follow up communications after discharge from hospital. Much as we do appreciate all of this - we hope not to have to call on their services again! ;)

Natürlich werden die Erstattungsansprüche geprüft und nur das erstattet, wofür man bezahlt. Es gibt Ausschlüsse von der Erstattung, und mit denen sollte man sich vertraut machen...

France | 04 February 2025To be avoided. High premium compare to other insurances, so many exclusions that they will find one exclusion in the contract to avoid refunding claims. This is very good business for them, they take the cash with no refund or very few, but not good for customers. To be avoided really.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2025Although disappointed with a 16% rise in premium this year, we have renewed and had to make a claim with Morgan Price for cancer care last year (operation and chemotherapy). They were absolutely brilliant. Regular contact made, refunds paid out quickly and a letter of guarantee put in place to save us having to keep paying and claiming back. As long as you provide the documents you'd expect to be required (Dr. notes, receipts etc.) claims are paid. It is also cheaper for almost full worldwide coverage than paying an insurer in the country I'm living in just to cover their healthcare system, whereas with Morgan Price you can be treated wherever you want in the world. I recommend this company.

Man wacht in der Notaufnahme auf , nich schlimm genug zahlt dann vor Ort in Bar bekommt nur eine Quittung vom KH Notaufnahme .Nein man soll dann wieder für viel Geld und Zeit sich um die Berichte kümmern und natürlich weil die hat man immer dabei das man sie abstempeln und ausfüllen kann !!! Leider kann ich hier nichts hochladen sonst würde ich diese Mails mitanheften

South Africa | 10 May 2023I have been with Morgan Price for several years and the care, attention, and support received has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite having a chronic medical condition that requires frequent hospital admissions, surgeries, (expensive) scans, and (even more expensive) medications, Dr Emylyn, Faye, and the team at MP always go above and beyond to make sure I'm well taken care of. Reimbursements are made immediately, and for the level of care I have received, I believe their annual premiums to be fair. My husband and I both agree that choosing MP as our medical insurance company is one of the best decisions we've ever made. If you are looking for private medical insurance, choose Morgan Price. You won't be disappointed!

Indonesia | 20 March 2023Me and my partner are with MP for several years. So far I had a great experience as they are very fast in claim reimbursements. We had a few time small discussions about claims but there was always a very reasonable solution. I feel that the service is personal and I have received assistance when I needed it hence I feel safe with MP. One of the big reasons for that is Dr. Vinayas' excellent service. Without her it would be very different. Thank you Dr. Vinaya for all your assistance during the past years. Also Waqar is great. What I especially like is the fast service for guarantee letters which is so important. There is only one negative feedback which is connected to the premium increase. It has now so much increased that it is not sustainable as salaries would never increase with the same % hence it becomes unpayable which is very very sad. I heard from other insurance that they do not increase that much per year even if there is an age bracket. Very sad that I might have to change to another insurance this year as most have much lower premiums. Here 3 recommendations: 1. Add an emergency Whatsapp number as in most developing countries people use pre-paid phones and no one would ever call a British Number in an emergency as they would not have enough money loaded on the phone. Whatsapp service is now very common. 2. Technology: it would be easier to just upload the hospital bills online to claim them rather than scan them and add to the mail. It would also be better for tracking it. MP has an app but I am not sure for that it is useful. 3. Claim-free or low claim years' benefits - this would reward the people who are very conscious on their medical treatment and doctor/hospital selection which surely would enhance the financial performance of the insurance and delight the clients at the same time.

Germany | 19 August 2022Habe hier gerade die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gelesen, also ich habe das Premium Paket seit ca. 5 Jahre und habe bisher alles reibungslos zurückerhalten, was auch versprochen wurde. Manchmal musste ich kurz nach dem Bearbeitungsstand fragen, aber das war es auch. Bei Zähne muss ich zwar jedes Mal glaube 10 % dazuzahlen, aber da der Rest ohne Selbstbeteiligung ist, ist das akzeptabel. Ach und mein Implantat musste ich komplett selber bezahlen, aber hätte ja auch eine Brücke nehmen können.

Premium raised 30% YoY, chronical conditions (think honestly and hard at whether you should state one) are NOT covered even in case of an accident. Routine tests for menopause-approaching females insured clients are not covered, and when our GP prescribes the drugs required for a condition, make sure he only prescribes chemical drugs, else MP will just deny reimbursement on all that is "integrators" or "supplements": of course these are well-known placebos. And yet MP approved Ivermectine for my wife's Covid! My ignorance and MP ignorance makes three. This is not Health Insurance, but rather "with-a-lot-of-caveats Insurance". Read the fineprint before engaging.

Germany | 27 January 2022Ich bin auch seit 2015 Mitglied und hatte bis jetzt nie Probleme. Gegen 2019 haben sich die Rückerstattungen ein wenig verzögert aber sonst lief alles ziemlich reibungslos. Hoffe es bleibt auch weiter so.

Germany | 09 September 2021Ich bin seit 2014 bei MP versichert. In diesem Versicherungsjahr fielen erstmals Erstsattungen an. Ich kann nur bestätigen, dass MP - Medigo sehr gründlich die Vorgeschichte überprüft. Man kann dabei durchaus zu dem Schluss kommen, dass hier mit Macht etwas gesucht wird. um nicht zahlen zu müssen. Ich muss aber auch sagen, dass nach erfolgter gründlicher Prüfung eine Kostenübernahme der OP als auch der REHA anstandslos bewilligt wurde. Deshalb mein Rat: Versicherungsbedingungen gründlich lesen und beachten. Dann ist MP in Anbetracht der günstigen Prämien durchaus zu empfehlen.

Man bleibt als Versicherter auf sämtlichen Kosten sitzen!!! Nur die Beiträge werden stets pünktlich eingezogen

We submitted several out patient claims which are covered by our policy plan, however since November 2020 to date we have never heard from Morgan Price International on the status. our claims are for almost $1,500/=. Our premiums had also jumped by 50% where after paying the premium we received a notification where some of the benefits were being slashed. To date I am still waiting for the out patient claims to be settled. All the claims made were with-in our Policy Plan.

Also Waqar Masood is the best customer service Representative ever. They had some issues in the beginning of the year but they came through with there word. Bahrain | 20 May 2021The worst health insurance in the world, this is 3 years that I pay a world wide assurance, last year went to Paris and had few medical bills for a low amount and morgan price is unable to pay back the money and arguing that the bills are not enough, they not return money if they don't have the documents of medical report that doctors do not give in france. This is scandalous!!!

Diese Versicherung greift nur den Beitrag ab, und im Falle eines Versicherungsfalles wird zu Ungunsten des Versicherten "geprüft", und die wildesten Behauptungen in die Ablehnung der Kostenübernahme gepackt. Ich möchte jedem, der überlegt, sich dort zu versichern, dringend abraten!
