Great speedy service, Andy was very helpful from my first call to arranging the new bins. Even the online forms were easily explained over the phone making it very simple.

Awful service, I haven’t had my bin now emptied for 6 weeks - rude staff who argue with you, been promised extra collections for over 2 weeks now and still hasn’t happened. Avoid this company at all costs. Reply - The salon was shut for 2 weeks over the festive period - hence why I didn’t know the collection didn’t go Ahead and I contacted you straight away. No on emailed me on the 9th to see if it had been collected, I contacted you to say it hadn’t via the app. Then another collection was organised for the 16/1 which never happened again. So I phoned again to let you know to be met with a rude colleague. Now saying it will be collected on the 23/1 which will be 6 weeks worth of rubbish at our busiest time.
