United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Once again they never fail to fail. I gave notice twice last year as they are overpriced and have terrible customer service. Not once on either call did they inform me I would need to give the notice again in a very small window of opportunity or the contract rolls over without me signed up again. They were happy to discuss the fact there would be an admin charge for the bins being removed unless the direct provider could prove the have a contact with me but conveniently forgot to tell me of the break clause, Now I have to pay nearly £300 to break the contract I didn't sign which I am happy to do as they are just terrible to work with and I will recover that cost within 6 months of being direct. Do not use, overpriced and terrible customer service.
