You have take £7.92 out of our bank account without our knowledge, you then say that it was done incorrectly but instead of crediting our bank account as requested, you credit our account. We are awaiting being moved from Veolia to Biffa but the bin collection keeps being delayed and you can't tell me a date for when the Biffa bin will arrive. We have rubbish overflowing which is unsightly. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole service/situation.

I'm now having another change of supplier so I have 2 full unemptied or not collected bins that I'll probably be stuck with. Also to cancel the contract is like 6 months notice! Avoid this company go to the waste carriers direct as I plan to!
