Alway miss collecting. It is very un helpful . Bad experience for me .

Our business waste bin is meant to be emptied weekly. Missed and failed collections with lies of it being collected. CCTV been submitted several times showing not. Bins overflowing and affecting our business.

Totally scam of a company. They tie you up in a contract that you can’t get out of event though they don’t uplift bins.. wait a minute that is their only job to lift bins.. They tell you to break the law with how to store your waste because they’ve missed uplifts.. but then say they would not be liable if you get fined by local authorities. They are good marketers and have a good funnel system that scams you into they co.. just avoid I’m unfortunately tied to them via their scammy contract..

The service is terrible they miss many collection and after many complaints I finally said I've had enough and they charged me £390 to cancel for them not emptying my bin .trading standards are now involved. If you try and complain be prepared for a long wait or use their call back service you get 1 ring and they hang up and so on,

Explained every thing that i needed to know , said what sort of size bin i would need . Easy to talk to .

Nothing but a scam! They don't even deserve a 0! I don't believe any good reviews for a second because if you look at their Google reviews they are rated 1.2 out of 5. They will over charge you all the time. Consistently miss collections but charge you for it anyway, then when they do collect they will say that your bin is overweight and charge you more money. They will also tie you into a contract for 2 years. £160 a month for collection of 1 bin per week is a complete joke. I have now gone with a company that are collecting 5 bins a week for £260 a month. There are much much better companies out there that charge a lot less so be warned! Do NOT join waste managed because you will regret it

Updated: 13/1 - still no collection. Our last general waste collection was on the 18th December. 26 days late. 3 missed collections in a row Update: still no call back, we have sought legal advise who have provided us with a letter to terminate our contact due to them fraudulently falsifying waste collection notices which is a breach of contact. Avoid these cow boys at all cost as they have caused so much harm to my business Horrendous service, missed collection after missed collection. Call back promises that never happen. Snotty emails saying that bins are over weight but fail to account for the excess weight due to the missed bin collections. Moved to this company and saved £3 a month with moving from local council but easily spend 5-6 hours a month chasing after them for not even getting the basics rights.
