Since the market has become very favorable to refinance, as interest rates have dropped significantly, I started exploring the possibility of refinancing my current VA mortgage loan (only 5 years into the loan). I did some research and talked to multiple companies/banks/lenders (at least 5) to gather some basic information and some numbers. I called CheerLending, and expected to be treated just like cattle going off to be branded. Here I am, just got branded, (OUCH!) there I go.
