So this was my second time working with CheerLending. I did a refi last year with them and again this year. In fact I just closed my loan this week. I have to say that working with CheerLending has been the best experience I have ever had working with a mortgage lender. The staff is so great particularly Kristin and Justin. In light of this reality along with these uncertain times and circumstances Judge and Caprice worked very well together. My experience with Cheerlending was a very painless experience compared to Chase. There was the apparently one loan advisor that was higher up in the process that didn't approve of something that had been approved before and that required a different document. Other than that one hiccup everything went very smoothly. Kristen and Marina were very knowledgeable and always answered every question that I asked. They were very professional but very personable at the same time. Made you feel very wanted as a customer.

I reached out to CheerLending after seeing an ad on the television. Judge Hammond was my first point of contact and he explained the refinance procedure to me in detail. The information requested was sent via text and email. Judge followed up with me every few days. The entire process was painless, fast, and quite truly the best loan experience I have ever had. After Judge got all info and the process started, he sent me over to a loan coordinator, Jasmien. She handled all the last minute details and questions from the underwriter. She went over the facts and figures with my husband and I and made sure we were okay with the process. Once everything was approved (maybe a week), a local notary came to our home for the actual documents signing. The entire process was quick, easy and non-threatening. A most pleasant loan experience.
