This company is without question exceptional in customer service. 10/10.

Prices were far too high in comparison with other English companies.

2.5% premium for paying cash is nonsense. Your basically paying for someone to take your money to their bank. 2.5% on £500 is £12.5 on £5000 its £125. Same effort required to go to the bank. And if someone else has paid cash, then the trip to the bank will be required anyway. As I said previously, it's nonsense. Just so you know, card issuers take fees for transactions too, which is often at a higher rate than depositing money in a bank.

I wanted to buyScottish gold bullion & contacted by email. Because you need people to come in person I could not go forward with the sale as I cannot get to Edinburgh. Disappointed I cannot remember exact date of contact

Highly recommend this business based on the first-class service I received when buying a gold bullion bar. I dealt with two different ladies who were not only professional but answered all of my questions in detail. Confident in discussing what I wanted as it was an appointment with not a great deal of footfall when I was there, I think the appointment system is the best way due to what I was buying. Great hassle-free parking. Location just across from Tramway on Glasgow Southside.
