Both in branch and over the telephone all staff we have dealt with have been friendly, efficient and very thorough in answering our questions. All transactions have been dealt with in a very professional manner. My husband and I like to deal as much as possible face to face and in person. In all cases the staff have been friendly, responsive and welcoming. This has never been at the cost of being thoroughly professional. When dealing over the telephone the staff have been very quick to recognise us as existing customers and to get to grips with what our needs are. It has been very important to us to build a rapport and to receive tailored and individual attention. This has been done at every turn and I can genuinely say that the staff have been excellent.

Within ten minutes of leaving the office the offer was confirmed and I accepted it quite happily A lot of firms would benefit from learning from Scottish Bullion customer service

Was given an initial quote over the phone for a 1oz gold bar, left it with them and received an updated quote which was different by only £2. Money in bank in 24hrs. Very impressed!
