I run a charity and my very small team needed some tailor made Teams training rather than an off the shelf package as we knew the basics but were struggling with functionality. Rob Davies was perfect and delivered a workshop/surgery interspersed with some formal input. Well worth the expenditure especially after wasting time trying to work things out ourselves for a couple of months. Will save us money on the long run. Pre-training arrangements were great too - efficient, responsive, friendly. Great experience all round and will definitely book a follow up session in the new year.

There was good contact ahead of the course, and then excellent and engaging in-person training. I left well-equipped to take the exams. Everything was made very clear. The only slight downside was that the hardcopy manual wasn't provided - I would have preferred to pay slightly more for the course and have that, than have to source the book myself.

A challenging course, but worth the effort and hard work.

The Advanced Microsoft Excel training course was extremely useful and the tutor (Richard), provided a very informative session which was easily followed. The supporting material provided after the session will also be very useful for future reference. I would highly recommend NILC Training for Excel training

Johnathan delivered very useful and easy to understand social media training. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone wanting to learn more about the basics of social media and some tips and tricks to help with this.
