I received all the resources in advance which helped me prep for the course. The tutor was engaging and explained complex topics really well. The exam coaching was a unique selling point for me as it got me prepared for the exams so that nerves were less of a factor. Great communication throughout, thank you Tony and the whole team.

Had an excellent PRINCE2 learning experience with NILC Training. The rather complex PRINCE2 framework was explained in understandable wording, with good examples and focus on the core take-aways. Very good tips to pass the PRINCE2 exams, as well!

I hired the facility as an external, online trainer (while my home broadband was poorly). Booking the room was straightforward with Karim providing (accurate) photos of the spaces and clear instructions for the day. Karim met me promptly at the agreed time. The room I used was clean and professional-looking, with a good, stable wifi connection. It is a well set-up, self-contained training facility. The event was a success and I would have no hesitation booking it again.

My instructor Tony is a fountain of knowledge and has been professional throughout, understanding requirements and needs of everyone to bring the subject matter into perspective and understanding. I have recently completed a course with NILC Training and have nothing but positive experiences from the moment I expressed my interest to actually completing the training. The staff are exceptionally helpful. I first dealt with a gent named Karim who provided me with all the information needed for the training which I was interested in. He was very informative, responds quickly to emails and nothing seems too much bother. The training itself was also very good, I personally completed an Excel course and found the trainer to be great. He was very patient with me, made sure that I understood everything that was being taught and explained things thoroughly. I learnt loads. I'm definitely going to be completing more training as soon as I can.

Despite it being a virtual course, he brought the course content to life and was very engaging throughout. Highly recommend NILC and will use again for MSP course in the near future.
