I recently completed two training courses with NILC – ECDL Level 2 & Sage 50 Accounts Level 2. My experience was brilliant, thanks to Julie my Tutor, whom was very supportive and friendly throughout. Her teaching methods made the course work enjoyable, easy to follow and understand. Passing these courses has given me the extra confidence that I needed for to change my Career path so I am also very thankful to Karim for all his help in making sure I was able to complete the Courses and achieve my goal in the timeline that was available to me

My experience with NILC has been brilliant. Communication and support has definitely been a 10/10. The course content and teaching methods have been enjoyable and easy to follow. Excellent trainer, customer service and a worthwhile course.

During a period of gardening leave I decided to attend some training via ReAct funding. I contacted a number training providers. NILC we the 1st training provider to respond. I was impressed with not only their speed but how easy they made everything, they were by far the best provider to deal with. During the whole process they kept my informed of everything I needed to know. I attended 2 courses provided by NILC both courses were conducted by trainers who had in depth knowledge of the subjects and trained in an interactive way. The training environments, including resources provided, on both courses helped immensely with the knowledge transfer.

Karim really helped me and was very flexible organising dates for my course, especially as I live so far away. Julie was a brilliant tutor, calmed my nerves (as I hadn't studied anything in such a long time) and taught me coherently and comprehensively. I am truly grateful.

This training centre is an excellent start for people sourcing a new career, I got the most from this course and the staff were amazing.

In the past month I have attended 6 different courses with NILC and am already considering a 7th. Karim and the Team of Tutors he uses are really professional in their teaching approaches & made the learning seem easy. If I was unsure of something they would happily take time to explain it again & even break it down into easier segments. The Tutors encouraged us to ask questions which I liked as sometimes someone else on the course could ask a question or do a process slightly different which I found of use to me. I found doing a course where there is a qualified Tutor training you is much better than doing an online course.

Excellent learning experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the Microsoft Office package I recently completed it was well organised by the training provider, the Trainer was excellent and both venues in Bridgend and in Cardiff were also excellent.
