I attended 2 courses at NILC - Newport, both courses were run by the same trainer (Julie). The entire thing was faultless from start to finish. The venue was modern and well equipped. The staff were very friendly, professional, and actually cared how I was doing. The trainer was brilliant, friendly, approachable and flexible with start times so that it worked around child care. in all honesty I thought it would be like college, boring venue, rubbish equipment, boring tutor and a chore to get through. I was 100% wrong. I highly recommend NILC, i now want want to do more courses I will be going back to NILC, without a doubt.

Excellent training providers, nothing is too much trouble they bend over backwards to accommodate you. First rate trainers are provided. Karim makes sure you have all the information for the course and keeps in contact throughout for longer course. I have taken 3 courses with Nilc and would highly recommend them.

I was made to feel very welcome by NILC staff during the 3-day ITIL Foundation course that I attended during the last week of May 2018. A friendly training environment, with access to tea and coffee that was provided throughout the course and the training instructor Ron from the sourced training provider Accomplit was excellent. Support from both Karim and Farooq at NILC was also faultless. I am more than happy to endorse NILC as an excellent training centre for anyone thinking of pursuing ITIL Foundation training.
