They are very responsible and responds to your questions promptly. The shoes are comfortable and you won't regret it. If they make a mistake with your order, they would correct it promptly and give you the right order. I will recommend this to anyone.

I started to look at these shoes for awhile on FB and on Google, started by buying a pair to see and feel how they look, how they fit and how they feel. Liked the first pair, bought a second, a third, a fourth….now, I own six pairs of them. They are cool, edgy, comfortable and easy to wear. Some folks at my club started to ask:” Hey Eduardo, where did you get those, especially the patent leather ones?.. Gave them the website address and told them to feel free to check them out…Great customer service too..Looking to buy some more, as their styles continue to grow.. Overall, a great shoe company! Shoes arrived and didn't fit - not even close to my normal size. Despite following their complicated return process and sending multiple photos of the shoes demonstrating their perfect condition, this company rejected my return request twice claiming that the shoes "looked worn." This company's business model is based on a non-existent return policy: once they have your money, they will not work with you to issue a refund or exchange, despite advertising these options. On top of that, the shoes that arrived seemed cheap and shipped from Turkey. These things are cranked out in some sad factory with zero quality control.

Please add a way to change shipping address on your orders. Make your app more flexible like Amazon. Also add cancel order. Sending an email to support is not a good way to change orders but I like the shoes I order. They are great!’nn
