I ordered the shoe on 3/4. There was no shipment update. Had to buy a replacement for the event i bought this item for. The company did give me a refund same day after two months. Never even saw the shoe.

Very poor customer service now that I have issued a poor review 1 star for customer service they send me a response saying because I 1 stared them I can't do a return really glad it was only 100

Love the shoe, but i ordered wide shoe and I can't even get my foot into it. I looked at the size chart and order the way it told me for wide and i ordered a half size larger. I don't think ya'll sell a wide that fits an american foot.
