I was able to work with the customer service team to replace a product I was not satisfied with. They provided excellent and attentive customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

My only issue is that the product takes a bit long to ship otherwise the product is top rate.

Styles are not like other places; been looking for a long time to get a style like this with a platform that didn't look too big. The comfort level of the shoe (Pluto) is incredible. Honestly better than my Nike pair. I will be back for other colors/styles when I return from the trip I bought these for.
