Had a senior moment and sent my lovely glasses off to add in a prescription WITHOUT paying extra for tracking. After a week I called up to see what the progress was and was told my glasses hadn’t arrived. Initially very upset but was reassured by the team that my glasses may still arrive. I was pleasantly surprised after a few weeks to receive a message to say my glasses had arrived. The quality is exceptional. Very happy customer and would use the service again.

I sent a message to see if they would be available to help with some glasses that were sentimental to me, I wanted them as prescription sunglasses they said they could. I sent them off and received them back today 10 days from start to finish. I’m over the moon with them, I would definitely be using them in the future, highly recommend 5* service. Less than half the price than my opticians quoted!!

After scratching my lenses, I decided to choose Glasses Outlet to get them replaced instead of using a high-street store who were much more expensive. Whole process is very easy and communication is great too. Would definitely recommend!

Good comms early on in the order process but I didn't receive a dispatch notification. Glasses just turned up. Packaging was good and the glasses themselves are great. Would have been 5 stars but for the lack of comms at the end of the order process.

This service is literally as easy as it says it is! I’m so pleased to have my designer sunglasses with lenses now! The what’s app chat service is so helpful, with fast replies to my questions. This is a genuinely fantastic company to use for getting your lenses/glasses reglazed!! I was really nervous about sending the only designer pair of frames I've ever bought, out in the post incase they got lost etc, but I needn't have worried. Really fast turnaround too; I posted them out on Fri 8th March and had them back Sat 16th March! And Allan on their customer service will answer anything you need promptly and politely, he's great!! My glasses went all the way up to the beautiful Edinburgh and back without a hitch and I now have my renewed prescription lenses (but in my favourite frames without having to buy more) for a FRACTION of the price I was quoted at a big name optician. Would use these guys anytime and hope they're still going strong for next time :)
