Got some nice sunglasses abroad and wanted to get my prescription in them, found glasses outlet on google. Customer service responded to all of my annoying questions and were so helpful. Sent the glasses and they came back with in a week. Amazing thank you so much guys

After replacing my glasses every two years with cheap uncomfortable frames, I recently found out about Glasses Outlet. I had an old pair of Oakley frames that I kept hoping a lens replacement service existed. A few internet searches and I decided to take a punt. They replaced the lenses which are perfect. Allan even provided order clarification and delivery costs via WhatsApp.

I had some new lenses put in frames with the incorrect prescription. The whole process was painless and was extremely fast. It is cheaper to get new lenses from glassesoutlet than to get a coating put on existing lenses from a high street optician! Very happy and i will be a return customer.

I had some designer frames stuffed in a draw for several years and I wanted to turn them into sunglasses using a new prescription. 5 min on a computer to place an order and frames sent off in the post. 7 days later my prescription sun glasses arrived. £35 all in fantastic customer service and speedy turnaround. Needed some prescription lenses for a great value pair of frames I found online. I had a few reservations going this route as I’d only ever bought complete frames with lenses direct from an optician, but the service from Glasses Outlet from start to finish was faultless.

Wanted some Oakley frames changing from sunglasses to prescription sunglasses. Emailed to see if they could do this, they could and gave me a quote up front. Sent the glasses recorded delivery, had constant contact all the way through the process with the same person. Glasses paid for and returned recorded delivery. Lenses are perfect. Excellent service.
