The website had a great sale going on, so I took a advantage of the sale. Got a couple buy one get one deals, got a few items on Discount, and when I got my hundred dollar order, they even threw in a free T-shirt, which surprised me. The shipping was fast, the website was very easy to use. And so far, I like the flavor of all the products I’ve got.

Emails not returned...poor communication

Absolutely no customer service. I tried calling them 10 times on different days, at different times, but their line is always "busy". My order was canceled 6 times, and it is not my bank's fault; their "fraud system" is working "excellent" and cancels my order for no reason at all. I also tried reaching out in online chat, and they only answered me on time, where they assured me that the "manager" would see my order. And of course, my order was canceled again. And I didn't even order something strange, all I ordered was protein and 2 for the price of 1 creatine. Next time, I tried reaching out on online chat it just didn't give me any response. Overall, I have no idea how their customer service can be so bad.

Good delivery

Muscle and Strength tried to get my product to me all be it they didn't they made a few attempts with re-orders because of issues on my part with USPS. Unfortunately we could never seem to get the product sent by Fed EX. Again, I appreciate them trying however.
