Delivered when they said they would, and the Hot Tub is amazing. Great service and products.

Audrius was honest and upfront from the first phone call and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. We specified our tub from the list of available options (plus added a sand filter) and the price was very reasonable. A few times they took 48 hours to respond but assume this is because they’re very busy. The hot tub delivery was smooth and the driver did a great job. There was a minor manufacturing issue with the sand filter but they immediately sent out an engineer to have a look. The experience was extremely positive overall and we absolutely love our tub! Don’t hesitate to buy. Great company.

At first I was sceptical to be honest and I told him to video call me etc and show me his place and the shop. He did and we chatted and became good pals and I had my Sauna been made with little videos etc. I ordered a crane to bring it over my home and had the lads meet at the time the crane arrived. 15mins between them not bad to be honest like. I am still doing my garden and when it's finished I will send my bro The photos to put on with the sauna I purchased from him. When we had the high winds also last year it ripped some of my roof off and he sent me out some more felt for it. Very good tubs well built keeps the temperature VERY good, easy to set up. You do need about four men to help unload from lorry.

I found Woodpecker online, Google search and they were more affordable on price than the competitors, when the tub arrived the driver helped to get it in place, the communication was always really positive and informative, you can trust this company, thanks Andrew & Anita.

We ordered a hot tub and barrel sauna from woodpecker and received them within the the time frames we were given when ordering, we did have a few issues with missing items from the delivery but these were resolved by Audrius and Anita and we now have everything set up and working great. The quality and craftsmanship of both is fantastic and the sauna wasn’t too difficult to put together ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company for their price and quality

Totally happy with my new hot tub. Quick delivery by helpful lads. Works really well and only takes about 6 logs to heat up. Holds the heat well. Gone down a storm with the family. Very well made product.

If you’re looking for a wood fired hot tub, this is the place to go. The orders are completely custom, you can choose from many colours for the wood and the same for the inner fibreglass tub. I have had mine a few months now and I have enjoyed every second of it, heating is very simple. If the weather is very cold I would allow 3 to 4 hours to reach a nice temperature, if the weather is pleasant I would say 1 or 2 hours. The lead time is around two weeks, mine was an awkward delivery which had to be lifted over a 6ft wall, the delivery guys were great with a little help the hot tub was over and filled up in no time. I couldn’t recommend woodpecker hot tubs enough !!

Delighted with our Hot Tub, we had arranged for the tub to be delivered after our holiday, which it was approximately 2 weeks and it arrived at 8am on the Saturday morning as promised. We’ve now had the tub in use for 4 weeks now and we’re delighted with it. The quality is excellent, it comes with steps, insulated lid, spa jets etc and programmable lights. Heating up the water from cold takes 2-3 hours, the real bonus is how easy it is to maintain the temperature with a few compressed wood blocks. Any issues I’ve had were dealt with promptly by Anita who provided me with the information I required to help keep the water clarity excellent. I must also mention the insulation properties of the tub are excellent, we leave it late in the evening at 38c the following day at 11am it’s sitting between 32-34c so easy to heat back up.

Absolutely delighted with our new sauna. The builders worked extremely hard putting it up and ensuring that it was perfect before leaving. It's great, gets super hot within minutes. Would 100% recommend. And a big shout out to Audrius, he has been a star throughout, responds quickly to any queries and keeps you updated with timeframes
