At first I was a little worried as the English literature from Woodpecker production limited wasn't perfect. However, I found nothing at all to worry about. I ordered a wood burning hot tub which was delivered on the date specified. Offloading and set up was flawless. The hot tub is the best thing I ever bought and if you live in an area which isn't a smokeless zone I would highly recommend a wood burning one. Electricity bill is virtually zero and heats from about 10 degrees to 40 degrees in about 2.5 hours. An excellent company to deal with and I would make this company my first port of call if I was to buy another hot tub. Ralph

Really straight forward, no hassle or problems from ordering to setting up. The hot tub is fantastic and so was the price. We bought a 2 seater log fired tub and it heats up surprisingly quick in under 2 hours. Thank you so much we love it and so do our customers staying in our pod.

Fantastic team who made our hot tub exactly to our specifications. Delivered in the original timeframe at the point of order. Great delivery team more than happy to help to have our tub set up. Would recommend completely. Price wise these guys are roughly 50% less than their competitors like for like. Having a wood burning hot tub means no frightening electricity bills!!!

DISAPPOINTED... We took delivery of an 'Elite' tub in February 2021. We quickly found that there was a fault with the mechanism that secures the flue to the heater and it took Woodpecker 3 months to deliver a replacement. Luckily on that occasion we were able to use the tub in the meantime so didn't suffer any downtime without it. Then on 11 October 2021 I reported to Woodpecker that the tub no longer holds water (it uncontrollably drains completely and rather quickly). They identified that we need a new heater and promised to replace it under warranty. That was almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting. They said they were going to fix it last weekend but nobody turned up and no one has been in touch. They often don't respond to messages. Woodpecker's hot tubs are lovely when working so I'd love to be able to recommend them but their aftersales service is poor in my experience, so bear that in mind if you're contemplating buying from them. I've had no use of my tub for 2 months and I don't currently know if/when I'll be able to use it again.
