Had muazzam as my driving instructor he was a great help! Passed first try wouldn’t have been able to do it without him :) He was very supportive and nice and a great teacher.

I found my experience with A1 excellent. I found the lessons with my driving instructor, Harbir, outstanding. I always felt comfortable during his lessons and he made learning how to drive a very fun experience. His consistently clear instructions and advise set me up for succes in my test and ultimately led me to pass.

Mr Usman mustafa is the best of the best he make fill like a son the first day I started my driving lesson, thank you again and again Mr Usman you are the bomb no one can take that away from you

A1 Driving Academy came to my rescue when I was let down by a well-known national company who really let me down. After only 2 lessons with Faz, I learnt new and much better manoeuvre techniques. Amazing! I should have gone with A1 driving academy from the start! Oh, and by the way, I passed first time! Faz and the team were wonderful, really recommended, thank you guys!

I was not confident in driving until I hired Mr Faizan Akbar as my instructor. Much professional way of teaching and just covered everything in 7 days and passed in my 1st test without any minor and major mistakes. My examiner give me very good feedback at the end of test that I am very professional, smooth and confident in driving. Done my lessons with muazzam tariq recommend to me by my brother who also passed with him, he was a great instructor all round really calm and made you feel comfortable throughout. Started my lessons with very little driving experience but mostly anxious about parking, muazzam thought me parking techniques that made parking a breeze, passed my test with only 3 minors, would definitely recommend!

After spending a lot of time waiting for driving tests, I finally got one for Derby. A1 driving academy was recommended to me by some friends and therefore I got in touch with them. My first contact was with Haji and what can I say, he is one of the nicest persons, he reassured me that he’ll help me with lessons and the test. I had to travel to Derby from Oxford and stay at a hotel. I was lucky enough to get Zaf as my instructor. He very kindly prioritised my lessons and rearranged his busy schedule just to help me out, without even knowing me or how my skills were. He spent an entire day with me patiently assessing my skills and giving me tricks and correcting me where needed. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable, certainly a terrific driving instructor, or shall I say a rockstar! With all of Zaf’s efforts I passed my test first time and was even told by the examiner that I’ve been trained well by Zaf! Basically everyone at the test centre knows Zaf! A1 driving academy is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! If you want driving lessons, think no more.

I Have passed my driving first time, I have been with 'tan, (Tanzeel ) since I started taking my lessons, Tan is very calm, friendly and very patience, his teaching can not be compared to anyone . Really great experience learning to drive with A1. Kamran was an amazing driving instructor, always turned up on time and could tell he genuinely wanted me to pass. He was patient, flexible and friendly and got me through my test. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Hands down, a brilliant overall experience with a1, Manny Usman was my instructor,I didn’t have much confidence yet manny worked around my availibilty and got me through my test within 30 days from my 1st lesson, I’d highly recommend to anyone!

I am very happy and pleased to say that today i have cleared my driving test with zero minor under ‘Tan’(Tanzeel) guidance. I simply don’t have words that can describe and pay gratitude to my amazing instructor enough. He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune your areas of weaknesses.
