The entire process was fairly easy, but the customer service that was provided was the best I'd ever had. The fact that the office got back to me immediately was fantastic. I love the retainers they are clear and most people cannot see them when I wear them. The price was great too. Thank you! I tell everyone about these clear retainers.

I am so happy with Snapcorrect! Taking the teeth imprints can be a big pain, but stay with it - it took me a few times. I was ready to give up, but their customer service helped - telling me specifically (a few times) what I needed to do to get it right. They don’t always answer the phone, but leave a msg and they call you back promptly. I am half way through and I could not be happier with the results, the ease, the service, and the cost! The best out there! Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Snapcorrect has performed as advertised. I have very very please with the product. My daughter has been faithful in wearing her retainers and her teeth show it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Getting my impressions was a real challenge. I had to get several kits to keep retrying. The folks at snapcorrect were cool and waived the fee each time but it was more of a hassle. I thought I was following the directions well enough and watching the videos to try to get perfect impressions. But the results are worth it. My upper teeth are done and I’m using a retainer on those. The lowers I have 2 months left. The results are drastic and noticble. I’ve received compliments. The process is not to uncomfortable and my real challenge was getting into a routine. But didn’t take long. The actual alligners are comfortable and not noticeable. End the end I’d do it again (but don’t plan on it!)

The initial fitting process was difficult. After that the process has been smooth, and the results are excellent!

I had a little trouble making my impressions. I had a orthodontic assistant help me and even with her "expertise" I had to redo them. They improved the mold material in between my doing the original and the redo and the second set was good. I am on my 11th set of aligners and so far so good. I can definitely see results. They are very comfortable and the only downside to doing this instead of traditional braces is not being able to eat or drink anything without removing them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to straighten their smile!!

Everything was excellent but the way to communicate. I had questions that I couldn’t find out online and called. Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of someone. It would also be better if I could access my billing account online. As it is I need to contact them and as I said sometimes it’s hard to do. I also think they could communicate about the process a little more. I however have no problems with my trays and have had no issues with my treatment. My treatment is almost done and I’m loving the way my teeth are looking!

Love this very high quality product!!!!! I am hard to please and this has been one of the smartest things I've ever done. After lots of time and energy spent researching the right product, for the right price. I am so happy to be able to say, I am so glad to have found Snap Correct. I work with a lot of people that see me everyday. Almost no one noticed. At first I had to pay extra attention to my Annunciation while I was getting used to the straightening trays . I'm on week 24 now and my process to straight teeth will be 12 more weeks before I switch to retainer use at night while sleeping. I feel fortunate to have searched and researched to find this wonderful company. Thank you so much for the great price, convenience, quality, accuracy and customer service when I had a question. I was nervous trying this, and I think I probably drove our customer service rep nuts with questions, but my daughter is in her fifth set of perfectly invisible aligners and the process and treatment plan get two big thumbs up! We had a lot of trouble getting good impressions--took about three tries, but so super glad we persevered! Ended up costing $4000 less than quote from a local orthodontist. GO FOR IT!

Results are ok. Teeth don’t want to stay in place without wearing final remetainer for several months.
