United States | 06 September 2020Not sure if this company is still in business. I've been trying to contact them and have not received a response. I have been through three rounds of aligners so far. The first round only fit until tray 3, the second round only tray 1 fit, and the third round none of them fit. After the last round, they had me send in the aligners for fit testing. They received my aligners on July 6. I still haven't heard anything from them about this process. At this point I'm completely frustrated. My teeth look the same as when I started this process. I have no desire to continue treatment at this point since three rounds of aligners have failed. I emailed them a few weeks ago requesting a refund. No response to that email either. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

United States | 06 September 2020This company is still not responding to my many emails and phone calls regarding the update to my aligner treatment. The net result has been terrible. Similar to another review below, the snapcorrect treatment has resulted in a badly misaligned bite that will require orthodontic treatment with a real dental professional at considerable cost. The complete lack of response to this problem has been very disappointing and I can only strongly urge prospective customers to look elsewhere for this type of treatment.

United States | 01 September 2020I want to let folks know that they are still in business. I am in contact with them regarding my refinement. I did a lot of research before I chose snapcorrect. In fact, I first went with smiledirect. But after making the impressions, smiledirect told me that they could not do anything about my lower teeth. Fixing my lower was the main reason I wanted to do this, so I had to give up on them. (side note: because smiledirect could fix my upper, they would not reimburse the cost of the impression kit) Disappointed, I decided to try snapcorrect. Fast forward 1.5 years later and a couple of rounds of refinement, I am quite happy about how much better my teeth look now. But was everything perfectly smooth with no hiccups? No. I think snapcorrect could do a better job quality-checking the aligners. My first batch missed a couple of aligners and it took me a frustratingly long time to figure out a solution with them. I ended up starting the refinement process, which was much smoother. If I had known that, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration (and I think they feel the same, too) There were a couple of additional hiccups along the way, but if you persist, I have found the customer support to be helpful, understanding, and considerate. A couple of other things to note. First, my insurance does not pay for this. It was disappointing because I had paid a higher premium for a dental plan with orthodontics, thinking it would be worth it. So I am paying this entirely out of my pocket. Of course, it is still quite affordable, relatively speaking. Second, yes, they offer refinement aligners, which is great. You have to understand that moving teeth is not easy and different people will have different experiences. I see this offering as a huge plus. But honestly, I would not have known that were it not for the reviews posted here. Can they do much better? Of course. Was I frustrated at times? Sure. Am I am overall a happy customer after 1.5 years? You bet. Are my teeth perfect now? No, but that is okay because I have the right expectations. I feel well supported during the whole process. They are always responsive to my questions/concerns.

Egypt | 31 August 2020I finished my (re)treatment about 6 months ago and from start to finish, I have had great customer service and had good final results. My first treatment plan was 14 upper and 14 lower aligners with 1 set of retainers. About half way through my treatment at aligner 7, I had to have some needed dental work on one of my back molars. After the appointment, the bottom aligners would now not fit over that tooth and caused them to rise up a little in the back, causing me to make a decision: 1. Cut and grind down/around the molar area of the aligner or 2. ask customer support to see if they could send a new mold for the remaining of the 7 aligners. The answer was a no, whish is fine, I understood why, and I proceeded with cutting out the entire back 2 molars on the aligner which seemed to work beautifully given that the focus was on my front teeth anyway. I thought this would cause an anchor issue to provide stability but it didn't so I made it through the entire first treatment to 14. After reaching the "final result", it didnt seem to be what the 3d results displayed on my profile, so I spoke with customer support (very understanding). They asked me to provide photos and they agreed that they were not as accurate as the 3d predictions. I received a new molding kit soon after and thankfully was able to mold with my recent dental work so they finally fit. I received 6 additional aligners, 1 new retainer set, and more free whitening supplies (free for life per one of the coupon codes they send you) and finished the treatment. I still do not think the final results are exactly as I would like them, but the before and after is quite a difference so I am overall satisfied and cannot complain for a do-it-yourself kind of person I am. The reason for four stars is because the results are not 100% accurate compared to the photos and 3d images I was provided, but overall a great experience and an easy, low profile solution to go from 0-90% without bulky braces which would get you that extra 10% of perfection. The material quality is better than its competitors hands down and it does not impair my speech or is at all noticeable in smiling photos. This company is great and will provide you great material and support and even more perks like whiting gel, whiting toothpaste, and whiting touchup pens all free of charge with a subscription, very awesome! Due to COVID, it is understandable that things are slow and they are taking awhile to respond to shipments or calls/emails, but take my honest word for what its worth, SnapCorrect is here to provide quality products and service like they did for me.

United States | 25 August 2020My original treatment plan consisted of 10 top aligners and 18 bottom aligners. Throughout the process while teeth got straighter, I noticed my bite changing significantly, of which I brought to SnapCorrect's attention numerous times. I even inquired about how these aligners may impact my bite prior to purchasing and was reassured that my bite shouldn't change since I didn't have bite issues prior as SnapCorrect's aligners are not supposed to move the back teeth. I sent numerous pictures and detailed descriptions showing that I was not on the way to the treatment plan after results and was never allowed to speak to a member of the "dental team". Since then I had received several refinements (first refinement: 7 aligners top and bottom; second refinement: 5 aligners top and bottom) to attempt at correcting the issues that SnapCorrect created. My bite has changed as a result of the aligners in such a way that I have an open bite (making it difficult to chew) when SnapCorrect claims to only move the front teeth-completely false in my case and indicative of a manufacturing defect. My teeth do not touch in the back properly. SnapCorrect is the reason that I’ve had to pursue other orthodontic treatment. I am now in traditional braces and my orthodontist said I should be refunded for mistreatment. Had I known the process would take so long and include refinements that essentially got me nowhere, I certainly would not have signed up for this. When you sign your treatment plan there is no information that refinement plans may be needed to reach the results. That’s in my opinion, false advertising.

United States | 28 July 2020Appears as if this company is going under due to COVID, stay far away-- finished treatment and waited 2 months for retainer sets and when they arrived, they were made out of a different material and as if from completely different teeth molds. Customer service is unreachable as I've been trying to get a refund on the defective products. Pretty shocking considering how happy I was with my treatment just last year, although there was a significant delay between payment + treatment. For the price point, there are far better, faster, and more reliable services out there.

United States | 18 June 2020My experience with SnapCorrect has been amazing. I ordered my impression kit and it came quickly. It was very well organized and very easy to do. Once I got approved for my aligners I was so excited for them to come. I have been wearing the aligners for a full month now and my teeth have already moved and I can see a huge difference! I had a gap in the front top teeth and it is almost completely gone now! In just a month! I have been telling all my friends about Snap Correct because they are truly wonderful! I’m one satisfied customer!

The aligners did exactly what they were supposed too and without the embarrassment or price tag of metal braces! The aligners are so clear that I kept asking if he was wearing them. United States | 25 March 2020The fit is perfect. They are so clear, no one knows I'm wearing them. Not one complaint. The gumline was custom shaped for me. The transition from pair 1 to 2 was comfortable. And the customer service has been immediate and a plus so far, although I've had no issues.

We had a tad bit of trouble getting a good set of impressions made but they worked with me and we got it done. They have also been great as far as getting the needed documentation for my FSA (who has not been easy to work with). I cannot wait to start my treatment, I was very happy with the plan they sent me! Overall customer service has been second to none, highly recommend!!!

Yes, there are a very painful few days of wearing a new aligner but already seeing the results has made me push through the pain. I'm looking forward to the finished result!

It's not a pleasant process, but I also had traditional braces twice before, so I was prepared for the discomfort. My teeth adjusted after only a couple days wearing each new aligner, and the process felt like it went a lot more quickly than I thought it would. Most people never noticed them, and I recommend them to everyone.

Customer service always promptly responded and they accepted my impressions the first time. I love the whitening kit that comes with it, however when I took the survey and ordered the impression kit, there was a promo for a free whitening pen that SnapCorrect never fulfilled. I read the details of the promo and it said that I didn't have to do anything extra to get the pen (no promo codes) but still nada...

United States | 01 October 2019Snap correct was very affordable and offered financing through Affirm. The customer service is exceptional. The aligners are very clear. The only downside is that you would probably get a better fit if a dentist performed the initial impression of your teeth.
