I bought the liners and after they got all my money, they will not call back if you have a problem. I have Ben calling them for 4 months because the liner won’t stay on my husband teeth and break. You’re supposed to get a lifetime appointments how are you do that when you can’t get a hold of them.

The entire process couldn’t have been more of a snap,(pun intended),. Ordered my impression kit, did the impression, sent it back. Next thing I know the aligners show up and I start wearing them. It totally worked. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I am Completely satisfied with the results and I would Totally recommend SnapCorrect to someone looking to get their teeth straighter.

Back in 2020 when I initially took molds for SnapCorrect I was interested in going with them for pricing and to support what was a local business at the time (I've relocated). Now that my treatment is "done" with less than stellar results, mainly one majorly crooked upper tooth, I've been waiting since my first inquiry on May 17th, 2021 to receive a new retainer since my lower retainer cracked quickly, as did the last lower aligner that I fell back to as a backup. Unfortunately they ghosted me after that. No matter what time of day you call, you cannot get someone on the line--it goes straight to voicemail. I have sent more than one ticket and numerous responses to check on the status of the lower retainer and to attempt addressing my tooth misalignment on the upper. My lower retainer is split in a couple spots now, it's sharp, and I'm sure it's not holding my teeth in position--a shame since the lowers actually ended up satisfactorily straight, though they weren't as bad as the uppers. I have submitted yet another ticket today, titled "Multiple Attempts to Receive Help - No Replies," and I'm hoping this review will grab some attention. At this point I advise everyone to stay far, far away from this company, and spend the extra $$$ on something more well known like Invisalign, which my current dentist said they actually offer discounts on, so inquire with your dentist first. Run away from SnapCorrect before you get scammed. It would appear they only have one customer service employee, as all email communications always seem to say they're from "Kristee," in which case it is no wonder they never reply or have anyone on the phone. Update 07/25: Since SnapCorrect replied below, I’ll let you know my issues have not yet been resolved. Still waiting on the lower retainer, and I received a supplemental impression kit that seems to only contain trays for my lower teeth, not the upper teeth that failed to straighten. I’ve reached back out to SnapCorrect. Update 08/09: I received my replacement retainers on Saturday. By this point they do have to be forced onto my teeth and cause some pain to wear due to how much the teeth have shifted. SnapCorrect clarified with me that they use the "lower" impression kit for upper *and* lower teeth. I am still attempting to get usable impressions made (if you mess up, SC sends out more putty and trays, but only a few at a time) and will update everyone when I actually have the refinement plan in motion. Update 11/05: Within the past few weeks I received my new aligners. Unfortunately the slow addressing of this situation means by now I've actually had to get that crooked upper tooth extracted, and within a few more months I'll be getting a crown implanted STRAIGHT, which is likely going to prohibit me from using the aligners anyway. The bottom teeth that were actually straightened have had to spend so much time without an aligner, that they are back in their previous position. I may still be able to use the aligners to get them straight again. The problem is, at the end of your treatment, your retainers will quickly break due to the low quality material used, and you'll be waiting months for replacement every time this happens. Can you see how that might be a problem? I cannot see how this company is still in business. This will be my final update. A supposed "9 month treatment" and here we are, I don't even know how far past that estimate, and now I've got another full box of aligners to do what the first set was supposed to do. When consulting with an endodontist regarding my decision to either root canal or extract my upper front tooth, they told me that aligner treatment had virtually no chance of ever straightening a seriously crooked tooth. The conclusion I'll leave everyone with: If you have anything more than slightly crooked teeth, just get braces. Aligners are a pain to constantly clean, insert, remove, and replace, and plastic simply cannot do what metal can. If you have more of a cosmetic alignment issue, or just cannot live with the idea of braces: go with a big-name, established company, where they have locations you can visit instead of just email support and months of waiting hoping to get assistance. This company soured my opinions on supporting a local business. Sometimes there is a reason larger companies are so successful. In my defense, when I initially researched SnapCorrect, they didn't have so many reviews similar to mine.

They scam you after you are finished. The initial process was acceptable. My teeth look great, and the customer service was fine. I ordered a retainer replacement, and it’s been 2.5 months, and it’s still not here. I’m going to have to dispute the charge.

This company is great when can get a hold of them, but for the most part, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or email. When I ordered my aligners, the service was prompt and the customer service agents were generally very pleasant and available. This was before ordering the aligners. After ordering the aligners and encounter some problems... that is another story. At the end of my treatment plan, my retainer cracked within the first couple of weeks of use. I called and asked if it was possible to get a replacement. I was told no but was offered a discount if I ordered a replacement due to how quickly my 1st one broke. No problem, I did not mind paying for another retainer. Wore the broken one in the meantime while waiting for a replacement to be made. When the replacement came, it did not fit at all. The older cracked retainer fit fine, but the new one had some pretty noticeable gaps and did not align to my teeth correctly. Decided to still wear it for half a year to see if my teeth would be able to conform to them anyways since at this point customer service was very difficult to contact (no one was answering their phone or returning messages from email or their chat app on their website!). Eventually I got someone to return a message to my email I sent (I believe it took over 1 month to get a response to the email!) The service and communication then became wonderful and great for 1-2 weeks. They sent me a kit to take a mold of my teeth very promptly and was of great assistance over the phone (when you could get to them) and email responses were prompt. But ever since they received the mold back, it appears I've been ghosted again! I've left multiple emails and voicemails to see if I could get an update on what's going on with my revision aligners but they do not get back, ever. It has now been over 1-1/2 months since my molds were received and I have no idea what is going on with them or if they are even being made. Seems very unprofessional to just ignore inquiries from your customers. All I want is an update! So yeah... it started out very good... but when you need support or if something doesn't go as planned... well... good luck to you, because you'll need it. ***** Edit (In Response to Message Below): ***** I have indeed received my revised aligners. I am going to bump my review up 1 star, because in the end, I did get them, but I am still woefully unsatisfied with lack of support/updates. Don't get me wrong, I do believe SnapCorrect makes a good product and the support is good (when you can reach them!) but the problem is it's extremely difficult to reach anyone for months on end. It is just completely unacceptable to conduct business that way. If I had known, I would've just paid extra for another company that would actually respond to inquiries without taking over 1-2 month to get back to you. I do understand that SnapCorrect is not as big as the other more established players, and I was willing to give it a chance anyways, but if the company is having problems with having enough staffing or returning calls/emails, just set up an auto-reply stating as much. Don't just leave your customers in the dark wondering if anything is even being done. I do wish this company the best as I do believe they make a good product and the company/support staff do have good intentions (imo), but they need to get their staffing/support issues figured out. In no way is it acceptable to just ignore your customers for 2 months with no response. I would've even been satisfied with a generic "Hey there, thanks for reaching out. We are currently still working on your aligners, but don't have any updates on a timeframe". I just wanted to know what was going on with them since I was supposed to get an update on them with 30 days of the molds being received.

I ordered 2 sets of retainers several weeks ago, I was told I would receive them in 3 weeks and it’s now been almost 7 weeks. I have been emailing with no response. Don’t use this company, I now need to try and dispute the charge on my credit card 😡

I have a cracked aligner and I need some guidance on how to proceed. I emailed on 03/23/2021 and was asked to send pictures. After new pictures were sent, I have not heard back even after multiple follow ups and attempts to reach them via the other available methods (chat and phone). It has now been a week and I want a refund. Edit: 20 minutes after posting this review, customer service reached out. They say they will reach out to their lab to identify why my aligner cracked. Edit #2 (04/07/2021): Support was supposed to reach out with information from the lab by end of day on 04/06/2021. I have yet to receive any communication. Edit #3 (08/02/2021) This company is a joke. Still no response.

So far I have had no issues with Snap Correct. The process has been easy and the instructions have been clear and precise. I have been wearing my aligners for two months and have already noticed a difference. I will be looking forward to my new smile this fall.

In the beginning the company was amazing. Quick response and quick turn around for my aligners. Now that I've paid everything and need another refinement they have ignored all my emails. They did respond to one saying that my teeth were straight and that was that. But they aren't and I've tried reaching out letting them know that with no response.

I have ordered braces and retainers through SnapCorrect. When it comes to getting everything right with the molds, there can be complications, but I have always had great customer service and every issued has been resolved to my satisfaction. All phone calls and email interactions have been pleasant and courtesy.

I, like several other reviewers, have had a horrible experience with customer service. I completed my treatment plan back in March. I was fairly pleased with the results. But, once my first set of retainers started to wear out, I ordered new ones. When they arrived, they were nowhere close to the right fit. So I contacted them back and they said they would redo them. 4 months went by. I left multiple voicemails, emails, chat messages. Nothing. No response. Finally, out of the blue I get an email saying my new retainers are being made and would ship soon. That was in September. I have now been waiting now another three months to try to get my correct retainers. It’s been a total of 7 months since I originally ordered my retainers. If I ever do get them, I will update this review. We shall see I guess.

I got my aligners in 2019 and they worked pretty well for me. Not a perfect smile, but much better than the one I had previously. I also never had any issues with timing or contacting anyone for help. However, I ordered two retainers six weeks ago (my original broke). I was charged $150 and have heard NOTHING back since then despite numerous phone calls, voicemails, and customer support tickets. I was told that the retainers would be shipped out within 4 weeks. I'm still hanging on to hope that I will receive them eventually, but if I don't hear from SnapCorrect before too long I will dispute the charge to get my money back. It should not be this difficult to get a hold of a single customer service representative. And in the meantime, my teeth are moving. What a waste of money. If they end up getting back to me and I receive my retainers, I will update this review. Edit: SnapCorrect did contact me through email after reading this review. There was an oversight with my retainers and they have started remaking them and will hopefully get them to me soon. I am still a bit nervous as they haven't been very responsive in the past and I have to wait even longer to receive my retainers, but I am hopeful that it will work out. I will update this if/when I receive them! Final edit: In the end, I did receive my retainers over two months after I ordered them. My teeth had shifted too much since then to actually use them, so Snapcorrect set me up with a refinement plan. The refinement plan also took a long time to get to me, although I think that was more due to trouble with USPS than with Snapcorrect. I've started wearing my first aligners for the refinement plan and I'm hopeful that after another couple months, my teeth will be where they used to be and I'll have a working retainer to keep them in place! This company does good work, but I won't lie, the difficulty of getting in contact with a customer service rep when I first ordered the retainers left a sour taste in my mouth. I think they're an effective and affordable option if you don't mind chasing them down in the case of any problems.

Extremely frustrated with this company. I am on my FOURTH do-over because I got to the end of treatment and still have issues. During the process - lost a couple trays..but they told me they CANNOT replace lost ones, because they don't keep those in the computer sysytem - only retainers. WTH?? Why?? Am I the only person who EVER lost a set? Is this data REALLY that difficult to store? Come on! This time I my new retainer I paid $150 for....is actually moving my teeth OUT of alignment which had been better achieved with last trays. Told them AND sent pics of the issue with my top teeth. And just now got the kit to do the impressions YET AGAIN....and they are for the bottom only. Completely fed up..I do NOT recommend this at all. Also, some of the people who answer emails are snarky and rude. I really don't have much good to say...except teeth are straighter than before. Wish they were done in the first 9 months like I was told. Nearly 2 years later I'm pretty sure paying a little more would have been worth it.

These aligners were fairly priced and did a great job at moving my teeth. They are also truly invisible. However, I had a minor issue to fix. The tooth I wanted to align is in place, but now, my top front teeth are touching my bottom front teeth when I bite down preventing my molars on one side from meeting. I’ve already gone through one set of refinements that didn’t fix the problem. It’s very frustrating. On top of that, I’ve been wearing my retainer for only three months now and upon taking it out to brush my teeth, noticed a huge crack down the side of it where my main problem tooth was. I can already feel my tooth shifting back. If retainers need to be replaced this frequently, then the price of these aligners are completely pointless. You might as well go with Invisalign.

Originally I thought it took entirely too long to receive but overall in general considering the price was thee best (and trust me I compared) the overall experience is good. The program is great, comes with whitener both gel & laser. I am actually considering getting another purchase but for my daughter. :)

I finished my aligners 3 months ago. I've gotten a great result, period. The treatment plan was smooth, and I've had no problems reaching customer service with any questions or concerns. I also did a lot of research before choosing SnapCorrect. I considered numerous companies, and spoke in-depth with reps before making a decision. Cost was not the only factor for me, and with all things considered SnapCorrect won my business. My teeth are near perfect - I truly could not be more satisfied with the results. UPDATE: I reached out to SnapCorrect for a set of retainers, they called me and I've ordered my replacement retainers. Thanks SnapCorrect!!!

These aligners fit so nicely and they were super easy to get used to. I also love the whitening foam. Couldn’t be more happy!
