I had a super helpful sales person and the turf seems to be a good quality turf. My main issue with this company was the delivery. First, I ordered three large rolls of turf. You would think that delivery would have been free. But, delivery alone was over $500! Second, you have to have your own crew to unload the turf. Third, the delivery guy damaged my concrete pavers.

I went to their facility to pick up the roll of turf and they quickly loaded it into my trailer, and did the same thing 1 week later with the "sand". It all looks great.

I put this product on an outside deck and used this company because, 10 years ago, someone else in my building had. The rep kept telling me to buy 700 lbs of sand to pour on top after the turf had been applied. This is done when the product is layed on dirt and not concrete (as I repeatedly explained was our situation.) This caused considerable confusion on our end.

Prompt response to my inquiry and one on one assistance with adjusting the quote to fit the details of our turf project on our deck. I received samples of the materials within a week of outlining my project to Raul and he had excellent communication via email and phone. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Raul was awesome! I would definitely recommend Artificial Turf Supply for your next project!

The turf that I ordered was for a small daycare playground. The parents and teachers were very happy, that we no longer had wood chips. Ordering was very simple, they helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend!

They worked with me to calculate how much turf I would need, spending a good amount of time with me on the phone including a few follow up calls. They were kind and courteous and accommodated our needs.
