Putting the order together was a great experience. They really helped me figure out what I needed. I only had 2, maybe 3 issues with this 11,550 Sq ft order. Two of the three are shipping. The shipper called multiple times prior to delivery and we confirmed that 9 am was the delivery time. He showed up at 8 am and threatened to cancel the order. The second shipment (which I thought was going to be on the same truck as first shipment) had issues when they said they showed up to the delivery site and no one was there. In fact, there was about 15 people there. Third thing was that we did not have enough nails for the job and had to scramble to find more. Overall it was a great sales experience with those minor things. I wish the sales rep was more involved though. After ordering, they went ghost.

I wish I had made the decision to go with this turf sooner. My sales rep Ryan was amazing and managed the sale and the install. We are loving the turf as it always looks good, feels good and requires no maintenance.

Dog turf was a great investment for our business. We are in our second summer and it still looks brand new. It’s so easy to clean and we just deodorize as needed. So many customers comment on how there is no smell, how great it looks and how their dogs come home clean. I would and have highly recommend!!

Hello, I was very happy with our sales rep Chris Batcheler. He was my first contact with Artificial Turf. He explained the products available and sent samples as I requested. Since our plans took several months to develop and he reached out a couple of times but did not call or email me repeatedly which I appreciated. Lastly the turf arrived sooner than expected and the delivery was as ordered. Good job Artificial Turf!

Grass came in as scheduled and the installation crew started about a week later. they were great, really worked hard and did a great job and were done in 2 days. grass looks great, but there is a visible seam on one side of the yard. other than the seam I am very happy with the yard and would recommend it to anyone even remotely thinking about it.

This is a very long story and I'll try to make it short BUYER BEWARE! First about the turf I've had it down for about 2 months and I have small clusters coming out randomly all over. It's kind of matting down in the areas that are being constantly walked on so I have to try and constantly fluff it back up. (And Yes there is sufficient amount of the infill that was laid on top of the grass that's supposed to help keep it up right.) So I'm going to say I don't think this Turf is any better than other products out there. It looks okay but if it's already having Pieces come out in 2 months I'd hate to see what this looks like in a year. Now let's talk about the company and their website. So if you click on their website there's a window that pops up that asks if you would like Professional installation and you fill out a form and you get someone calling you. BUT BEWARE, these installers are not backed up or trained or part of this company at all so you do not get any help or support if the installers screw your job or screw you. I assumed and you know what happens when you assume that the list provided were professionals somehow either affiliated with or trained by the company but actually it's just a list of people who say they do Turf installation. (I guess I can join that list now as well). I have a small boarding business and went through Artificial Turf Suppy to do my whole yard 4800 sq ft. I clicked on the companies " Get Professional installation" and was contacted by an installer. Fast forward he took A LARGE DEPOSIT for the turf and showed up the day of install. He then took another $9000 for the start of the project. But after working a few days here and there the problems started. He claimed family problems and though I wanted to be sympathetic to his "problems" I only had a 2 week period where I closed business to get this Turf installed and ready for rhe summer boarding. Short version he never finished the job, has $9000 dollars of ours and lied to us. I then had to contact the company over and over to fight for my turf to be delivered.( u want their client the installer was though it was my job and my money used) I was told by the sales manager it seemed I was short on the actual turf organically ordered and he made it sound like (to me and my new installer who was listening on speaker phone) that they were shipping out the 4 rolls finally. The day of shipment we only got 3 rolls. That was another back and forth with the company, another $2000 more for turf plus $700 shipping and delayed the job by a week. This caused me to have to rent a temporary fence since we were now into the beginning of the summer boarding. I needed to help the new installer out ( which put me in physical therapy no joke) because he squeezed me in to get the job finished. I'm still trying to get about $5000 back from the original installer will probably end up in small claims court and the company really couldn't care less. They got their $$. I know their response will be that they are a manufacturer and the installers are independent, BUT MY WHOLE POINT OF THIS REVIEW IS THEN EITHER MAKE THAT VERY VERY CLEAR, DON'T OFFER THAT OPTION OR TRAIN AND BACK UP THOSE WHO YOU PUT ON A LIST DERIVED FROM YOU! I hope this help some other poor person not have to go through the nightmare I did. I actually had a major addition Put on right before this and with all the different contractors I've worked with over the last 6 month THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST OF MY EXPERIENCES SO BUYER BEWARE research your installers and look for a product that may hold up better because I'm not really sure how long this Turf will last.

Eric was so easy to talk to and he gave excellent suggestions to beautify our backyard. He and his team were fast, efficient, neat and nice! Eric was “hands on”along with his team. He answered my constant questions and taught us about turf and the process. He even made my husband’s dreams come true with inputting a putting green! This company is straightforward and a delight with which to work. The sales team was very responsive and knowledgeable. We decided to do a last-minute project. The product looks beautiful and natural. The 80T can be uncomfortable if you are on your knees but it feels comfortable walking without shoes. All synthetic grass gets hot with the sun and this is not an exception. The service provider they used for the delivery was helpful and per our request, they drove the truck into our driveway to make the unloading easy. We found some broken sand bags and they took care of immediately and replaced them at no cost to us. I will definitely do business again with Chris and Artificial Turf Supply. Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction.
