United States | 17 August 2021The Turf has been down for two years at my dog boarding facility. The dogs run up and down the kennels all day long. I purchased 25,000 sf of the turf which shows no sign of wear so far. So this is why I give this product a 5 star rating.

United States | 17 August 2021We are satisfied with the communication, service and shipment. The feel of the artificial turf, however, does not feel at all like the sample. It feels very 'plasticy', hard and not natural. It crunches when you walk on it and it is uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot. The appearance is wonderful and we are getting complements on how it looks. It is a huge upgrade to our corner yard, which is very visible to the neighbors and passers-by. It just feels like the quality is not what we expected.

Not only did I get new turf but the owner personally called me to apologize and paid for some additional installation charges . I highly recommend doing business with this company.
