Excellent service

How much do I love these guys....let me count the ways... 1/3 of the price of US drugs, shipped and delivered to the US at my home in a week or less. I will ONLY use them from here on out. You guys are excellent at what you do!!!

Awesome experience ordering my IVF meds. Izzy took care of my concerns well. He answered all of my questions promptly via email and I was able to talk with him on the phone. Superb customer service! The transaction was very smooth and they sent my meds via FEdEx right away. I finalized my order on Feb. 4, 2021 and my meds are arriving on Feb. 8, 2021 in California, USA.

It came quickly and without incident. We ordered it Friday morning in the US (which is after they close). But they still answered my calls and told me it would ship Monday. It did ship Monday and arrived Friday at 9am. The packaging was a little concerning as some of the boxes were a little squished. But luckily nothing was broken. I am so relieved. We first tried to order from another overseas website which said they couldn't get menopur for a while. We were down to 2 weeks from our start date when I gave up and decided to switch to towndrugstore.com. If I have to ever do this again, I will definitely start with towndrugstore.com as they have great customer service and the order arrived very quickly.

Super fast delivery, I couldn't believe it! It shipped on the 16th and I had the meds at my door on the 18th in Missouri. Packages that travel within the US don't even come that quickly. Instructions are in the box on how to store so that was helpful too. Lower price than the US by a long shot, super happy and will use again for Fertility meds in the future if I need to!

The menopur did not come with a means to reconstitute them bw amp and vial. Had to order additional filter needles (dr said they should have come with order?). Otherwise fantastic service and shipping. Thank you sooo much :)

Arrived in less than 2 weeks, everything was packed nicely in a styrofoam cooler with an ice pack. I planned on spending $2500 on my ivf meds, I only paid $1700 through town drug store for everything. I may even have leftover meds. Customer service was great too!
