Initially I was apprehensive about ordering through Town Drug Store being that it is so far (international) and truly just being unsure if I would get the right medication. I'm here to tell you that they are a legit company and that the entire process from ordering to tracking to receiving the medication was a breeze. The medication was packed with cold packs which I very much appreciated. I have ordered twice from them for both of my IVF cycles. They are a life saver when it comes to certain medications that are so high when it comes to purchase them in the USA. I think the key here is communication, and Izzy who took care of my needs was straight forward and communicative through out our exploration to our final purchase. I would have bought more from them if they would have had one of the meds, but the charge for that one specifically was not so astronomical as others. The shipping was very fast and even including the shipping charges, I still saved over 150.00 on the meds purchased.

Searching and placing the order was easy. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. Getting the charge to go through with our bank was a challenge but had nothing to do with TownDrugStore.com. They reattempted the charges upon request multiple times as we worked things through with the bank. We paid for expedited shipping and once the charge was accepted by the bank, the shipment arrived in-hand in 5 days in great condition.

I appreciated the personalized service and detailed follow up. It made the service easy to use. I would absolutely recommend them.

To be honest, I was a little worried since I couldn’t find any information about them. But I decided to risk it and bought just a couple of my meds to see. They have good prices. Well they shipped really fast, I got my order on day 5 after I placed it. It was well packaged. I recommend them!

Took them 3 days to process my order and total 10 days for shipment and delivery. I expected quick delivery within 5-7 days as I paid $100 for quick shipment but still wasted so much time.

It came to me fast. And everything was nice and neat in a cooler thanks so much!!

I think they are great!! I do feel they should have better shipping options, such as UPS and/or Fedex though.
