Customer service is unbeatable. My medication came on time.

To begin my order I talked with Izzy who was really enjoyable and helpful. 5 stars to him and the ease of ordering. My package came on the early side which came in really helpful bc i was ordering meds in the US on a daily basis until these meds came. This was even over a holiday, Thanksgiving! The only reason why i give 4 stars over 5 is bc one of the meds was on ice bc it needed refrigeration and the ice pack was only cool by the time it made its international adventure. I did read on the package that it was able to be at 25 degrees C but it decreased the life of the med. Not necessarily a problem bc im using the meds this cycle, but could have been an issue if i need to do a later cycle or something. All in all I definitely recommend this company. They saved me an immense amount of money over American pharmacies.

The company was easy to work with, my meds arrived on time. However, my credit card information was stolen and used. I’m pretty sure it was by someone in this company because I use my card maybe a handful of times a year and my information was used says after being given to this company and the purchases made on it were not from the USA. Thank God my bank caught the fraud and was able to handle it quickly.

Super kind and helpful people. Had some issues with my bank and they stayed in constant contact with me until it got figured out. My meds were delivered much faster than I thought they would be and everything that was supposed to be there, was there. There was even a little hand lotion in the bottom that had a sticker wishing us luck since our meds are for ivf. Super awesome.

Just be careful after that my credit card was stolen , love they service but I never call my credit card to let them know about outside country purchase

Highly recommend this service, I wish more women in USA would use them for their medication. IZZY was amazing, walked me thru the whole process, answered all of my questions and the medication arrived just as fast as pharmacies in the USA. drugs arrived quickly and without a problem. this was my fourth IVF cycle and the first time i've used this pharmacy. it was significantly cheaper for the same products otherwise. grateful to have found this option!

Reasonable price.

The ordering process, once I did it online, was seamless. I had trouble trying to get someone on the phone, as I wanted to do an over-the-phone order, and did not get a call back until two days later. However, the online process was just fine. My biggest complaint was that my shipment had the invoice taped to the top of the package with all of the names of the drugs and pricing on the packaging!! Very unsafe/unprofessional as this could make it easier for someone to seal, as it's a lot of money in that box, and violates any typical privacy laws regarding my healthcare. You really should not put that on the outside of the boxes in the future.

Ordering was easy and the items arrived fast!!! I order my medication Saturday and selected Express shipping. They were here by Wednesday. They sent helpful instructions via email as well as helpful videos. I would order from them again!

Knowledgeable staff! Very prompt processing.. only issue I had was with my bank but was able to resolve the problem very quickly. All meds came packaged nicely with proper storage for specialty medicine. Shipping was quick! I Would use again or recommend to anyone!
