Even when marked 'in stock' they often don't despatch for a week/several days. On the phone they seem to treat the delivery time (e.g. 3-5 days) as meaning that they may not despatch till 5 days. Fine otherwise and usually good prices - so long as you are prepared to wait. Pity really, a better service would make all the difference.

I placed an order on 7th June having the impression from the web page that the item was in stock and delivery would take 3 days. My card was debited immediately but 4 days later the item had not been shipped. I then cancelled because I was going to be away from home. I had to e-mail them twice to get the order cancelled. They responded finally saying that a refund could take up to 30 days - they had already had my money for 5 days. My credit card company says that a refund takes a maximum of 5 days, so WAE+ are just keeping the money. Today, the 24th June and still no sign of a refund so I am now disputing the original card transaction. In my experience they have been one of the worst online suppliers and I would not buy from them again. UPDATE: It's the 23rd July today so 40 days have passed and still no sign of a refund. They are now in serious breach of consumer legislation which requires refunds to be paid within 30 days.With so many people being ripped off in this way, it suggests these people are primarily in business just to separate you from your money - not to supply goods. I have complained to Trading Standards. AVOID!!!

I haven't heard of this company before - they came up in a Google search - but I was impressed with the price and ease of purchasing. The postage was cheap and overall everything was good value. I'd definitely use them again.

Came across the site by chance while looking for best price for Tilda rice. Half the price of major stores. Never heard of the company before so a bit cautious but ordered anyway. Delivered within 4 days with no delivery charge. Really pleased.

The product I was after was the cheapest at wae+ than anywhere I could find on the net. What I didn't realise is how long the wait time for delivery would be. I know I went for the free option, but a lot of companies offer free delivery and their deliveries take less than a week. Hopefully its worth the wait as I intend to buy a few more items from them in the future.

When the monitor has been deliverd to me I thought it was faulty because I could not get any sound out of it, so I requested that it would be returned to WAE+. In response WAE+ send me a links to click on in order to enable them to collect and replace the monitor. I am sorry for troubling unnecessarily waeplus.co.uk, but setting the sound on this multi output monitor is tricky. It would help if Asus supplied manual with the monitor and explained clearly how to set the sound up and about possible causes for the sound not coming through the monitor even after connecting audio cable from PC to the monitor. The picture quality of this Asus PB278Q monitor is excellent so I am happy.

I ordered a Kobo Glo from WAE+ about 1 1/2 months ago. I chose the site because the price was marginally cheaper than anywhere else. However, this small save of money was not worth all the effort I have gone into. I was told my order would take 8-10 working days to arrive. They took my money immediately from my account. I waited, and when it did not arrive, I rang customer services, and was told it that the product had not arrived from the stock people, and would take another 7-10 working days. After waiting another 2 weeks, I rang again, and was told it would take ANOTHER 7-10 working days. Seeing as what had happened already, I concluded that my order was never going to arrive, and so asked for a refund. They said a confirmation of my refund would arrive by email on that day. I didn't get the email, so the next day I rang them AGAIN, and the email was sent. It has been another 1 1/2 weeks and I still have not received the refund. After ringing yet again today, I was told that in the terms and conditions, it says that they only have to refund withing 30 days. Basically, they are keeping and using my money for as long as possible. I don't know if I will ever get that money back from them, but quite frankly I doubt it. I would thoroughly advise AVOIDING this site!!!! If only I had read the reviews before I went in and bought from them.
