My review would've been a 5 but there was an error in my mailing address and the shipment came late. I purchased the powder form of the Resveratrol and I would suggest that you include a measuring scoop so it would be easy to measure out the correct dosage. Thanks.

I was not pleased about the way subscriptions are handled. The modern way to do it is to provide a heads up a few days in advance to give an opportunity for the buyer to shift the delivery date. In this case, I received an email that indicated that my card had been charged and the product "already shipped." There was also no obvious way to cancel the subscription. I also did not like have to communicate via a form. That being said, it looks this company reliably provides some of the highest quality nutriceuticals on the market. After recently re-surveying what is available for NMN and resveratrol (based on Toniiq backorder likely from the publication of the Robbins/Diamandis book, "Life Force"), I have decided to go exclusively with Mega Resveratrol for those 2 supplements in spite of there not being an NMN capsule product. However, I am not going to subscribe and I am going to buy via Amazon. Responding to response: Sorry that I failed to cancel the subscription, thank you for canceling it for me. We already agreed not to do business directly; that is why I said clearly in my review that I was going to buy this company's excellent products via Amazon. This really feels like a one-person operation or close to in terms of the management. The high degree of defensiveness implies no previous big company customer service experience or, especially, aptitude for customer service. However, this company appears to be providing top quality in a category of products that are really important, not just widgets. Kudos for that. By the way, a company bot prompted me to write a review, it wasn't my idea, and I almost never write anything negative even when I have a negative experience. But obviously I made an exception in this case.
