The best paint I’ve ever used!!! Amazing quality, with such good coverage. Love the stick on wall samples and customer services were really helpful when we ordered too much paint and needed to send some back.

I rarely leave reviews but just wanted to say WOW! I was skeptical about the accuracy of the sample stickers’ colours but it was a nearly perfect match and super convenient. The paint itself is just next level, amazing coverage with just 1 coat, very little texture and practically no smell. I used Dulux previously and was not sure if I should pay this much for this but it was well worth it! The only thing I would change is adding a free slower delivery option - I paid £5.50 and it was there next day, but would be happy with a more budget option!

This is the worst paint I have used and I’ve used plenty of paint. It is utterly useless. I have been left with a total mess to sort out. After preparing the surface to the letter of the instructions the paint just peels off if you so much as brush against it. Total con and I can only imagine other reviews are fake as I cannot believe how it could be anything other than dreadful

This was my first time using Coat Paint. They have a fantastic range of colours to suit. Great coverage and low odour, its a good quality paint. I highly recommend!

I used COAT paints via a recommendation from a client who had recently decorated her house with COAT paints to refresh my hall stairs and landings. Great quality paint, applies well and a great selection of colours to choose from at far better value than similar Little Green Paint Co, F&B etc. Delivery was quick and customer communications always prompt and courteous. Would and do frequently highly recommend them

I have been wanting to place an order for samples & I can't get into my basket once items are placed into it. I emailed the company back in January and they promised their IT department would fix the issue - but it's STILL not working and it's now March 2024. Do they not want us to buy any of their paints ?

Incredible! We used coat paints for a living room make over we’ve recently completed, from service to product everything has been perfect, the paint arrived the day after ordering, the paint itself is so beautiful to work with, two coats were needed on an already white wall, we went with the colour mindful, can’t recommend this company enough :)

Absolutely love COAT Paints! They are such good quality - aside from a few touch ups, we only needed one coat! There is hardly any smell and it's great to know the paint is vegan, cruelty free, and low VOC. The postage is really quick and the loyalty discounts are great too. We won't be buying any other paint brands again. 10000% recommended.

I think I ordered over 10l of paint from Coat Paints over the course of a few months, paying a not insignificant amount of money for the privilege. All paint was the same finish and colour, the plan to paint at least two rooms. All walls were prepped prior to painting. Unfortunately the colours of the various tins didn’t match. I realise that the tins were bought at different times, but I wasn’t expecting such a significant difference in colours. I photographed some of the affected walls and sent to customer service. They agreed that there was a problem and said they understood my frustration. At this point my house is looking really awful, the walls are embarrassingly bad, patchy and mismatched. Quite a lot of effort and expense has gone in to them looking this bad. Customer service sent me 5l of paint to try and rectify the issue. I don’t yet know if it will match the paint already on the walls, or if I’ve got enough to salvage the job. Obviously I don’t want to waste any more money with Coat, so I’ll probably end up choosing a tried and tested brand to repaint everything that’s been messed up so far. Customer service were very fast at replying to messages, which was good. But they’ve done the bare minimum. I feel pretty upset at all the time and money wasted so far, and wouldn’t recommend. I’ve looked at Coat’s response to my review, and I’m not sure that they read it. I have ALREADY been in contact with customer service about the issue and was underwhelmed by their response.

Shipping was good, packaging was good, website is good. Park Life paint was good, Modest was, ironically, not the best - needed 3 coats so unexpectedly had to order an extra 2.5L and that was painting it onto a white wall… given they cost double some competitors I wouldn’t buy again for neutral colours, but the green looks good!

This paint is absolutely rubbish. I’ve used Lick, Johnstone’s, Deluxe, Little Green and F&B. Even Deluxe is way better than this. The colours are great but the paint marks when you barely touch it and despite painting in exactly the same way as I always do I can see paint lines on the wall. One thing that’s telling is when you clean your brushes and you see the pigments of paint decompose themselves into several colours, something I have never seen before. This is really poor poor quality - absolutely don’t buy it.

We bought 10 litres of 'Lie In' - the colour was completely wrong when it arrived, a bubblegum light blue, instead of a darker grey-blue. Must be a quality control issue - it was completely off. It was difficult to contact Coat by phone or email for support- had to call 10 times, leave messages, and send emails to get a response. We'd taken time off work to paint the house, lost half the day. Had to make an emergency run to B&Q to buy new paint from another brand to try and salvage things. Coat reimbursed us the cost of the paint we got in this colour (but not our full order). Customer service was okay, but nothing above and beyond to make things right.

Love the colours but needs a 3rd coat - only painting over white and it’s just so patchy. Have had to pay £8 for premium delivery so can finish daughters room for her birthday. Not hugely impressed

We recently used COAT Paints to decorate our sitting room. It was our first time using their paint and we were initially really impressed with their colours - a well curated selection, which would work equally well in a modern, or a traditional setting. The paint is lovely to use; it goes on really well and the coverage is brilliant - beyond other premium paint brands we've used in the past. The depth of colour is beautiful and the overall finish is flawless. We will definitely use their paint for future decorating projects.
