Slight hiccup in that only one kit was shipped when I requested 3, but customer support, in particular Shubhankar, were superb and the kits shipped the same day.

Trying to book a test, their web form corrupted my data such that some characters were omitted in various fields - apparently it couldn't handle the auto-complete that I'd used without issue on hundreds of sites previously. Thankfully the chat support was very good (once someone eventually responded) and fixed the data. The agent was Chethan

We must have been one of the unlucky ones, a week later still not result, kept on ringing them line busy, do they have only on line? Finally got through to them today, they couldn’t find my activation code, they couldn’t even tell me if they received our sample kit back, we posted back with their return box! When I asked if you scan the boxes after they arrive you should have the name of the person who send them back to you. He asked me to purchase another kit, after we have been in UK more than a week, what’s the all point of that? If we had COVID it would have shown by now!! Another money grabbing company, a real disgrace of what’s happening in this country.

I still don’t have the results one week after the lab received my day 2 swab. Little or no communication from Rainbow labs to my emails. Use another company if you don’t want a headache from Track and Trace.

Whilst I agree with some of the reviews below regarding helpful support for ordering and delivery I have recently had very poor service and no result after 3 weeks!! I am a returning customer. I activated the test and posted it on Friday 24th Sept. It was delivered on Saturday 25th. I contacted them on Monday 27th after no result and was told they did not have my activation details. I redid this and they confirmed receipt. 3 weeks later still no result. I have asked for a refund. They occasionally reply (someone will be in touch, escalating the case etc etc) but nothing. And presumably no result to the government. What is the point of testing if this happens? No result, no service, no help, no refund. Do not use them.

The name of the representative that helped me was Shubhankar. Who was able to answer all my questions without issue and was very polite on the phone too.
