I was given a lot of help completing the activation process. Chetham is looking for my tracking number as the photo I took of the return label is too blurry. He was patient and helpful. However, I thought I’d read all the instructions and missed seeing that I had to activate the sample. I apologise for that. But as I haven’t had a result yet I don’t feel I can give the full 5 stars.

Unfortunately, out of 4 ordered tests, only 3 arrived. However, the customer service was then excellent in sorting it out, I chatted with Shubhankar in the evening and they immediately organized a replacement. The dispatch mail came within an hour and the package arrived first thing the next morning.

I had question regarding day2 COVID test fitting for official approval to could be able go out after receiving negative test result and service where able to answer fast and clear.

Really great! I took the day5 test here(test to release). I got my report in about 18h, it is really fast compered with other company! The live chat and email always be available, I contacted with the staff here many times, and they are really patient to my stupid questions. Really nice experience!!!!!!!!

I bought test to release and I did my test on Tuesday. My test delivered them 10.30 on Wednesday. But still I am waiting my test result. Also, today is Friday. I send e-mails them, they have not answered for days. If you do not give me result in time, why I bought test to release? My quarantine will end on Sunday.
