Lovely looking duvet and very soft material

Imperial rooms where very good. Prompt service. Quality of my products seem very nice. The delivery company they use let's them down. I received two emails, one saying I'd get a time slot an hour before delivering the next day, then on that day another saying the same but for the following day then finally I got a text the day after saying when they would arrive. In a nutshell 2 days later than the first email. I'd probably order again but I would disregard emails and wait untill my timeslot was sent via text.

I didn't receive my order on the expected delivery date, HOWEVER, after contacting them, I received a prompt, courteous and professional response, reassuring me that the issue will be looked into and dealt with within 24 hours. Not only did they deliver on this, I received my order, the next working day! I am so pleased with their attitude and excellent customer service! I am definitely buying from them again and highly recommend them to everyone! 😀
