I recently had my shipment arrive from Pakistan and SFL handled clearance and delivery of my shipment. Utkaarsh from SFL was amazing in how he handled the shipment kept me informed communicated constantly and most importantly called me to guide me through filling of forms etc. I am not very good at forms and some were hard for me but Utkaarsh was indispensable giving up his time and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. Seven months elapsed, SFL not yet refunded my $323 which they fraudulently took from me under the threat that unless I paid this Customs charge the goods would be sent to Customs warehouse. They could not produce any invoice from Customs on this money. They took hostage to my invaluable goods from India. Even after payment of hostage money, they didn't release the goods, and I had to take help from USA authorities for getting the goods. Irrespective of a few positive comments from some customers (may be their relations and friends) one should avoid taking their service. Their Indian Agent Multimodal Shipping Chennai is equally unprofessional. I have all the correspondence on this issue.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with SFL Worldwide. The customer service staff Punit and Krunal were shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns or helping resolve my issue, they were dismissive and condescending, making the situation even more frustrating. When I called for clarification about a shipping delay, I was met with hostility and interruptions, as if my questions were an inconvenience. At one point, the representative even raised their voice, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting. I expected courteous and helpful service, especially from a company entrusted with international shipping, but this experience was the opposite. Given their attitude and lack of respect for customers, I cannot recommend SFL Worldwide. There are plenty of other shipping companies that value professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind with your shipping needs.

I had a bad experience with SFL. I sent eight boxes from US to India. One of them with electronic items. I received only seven packages finally. After tracking with SFL, I got one standard answer that they lost the package at customs warehouse. Don’t use SFL for shipping your valuable stuffs. Means they are not capable of handling the business professionally. Don’t waste money on this movers who can ship only junks from source to destination. At last they will ask us to take compensation not worth to your goods you are sending.

This company is a cheat. Starting from the sales person, who commits on all sorts of things and later conveniently retracts. And forces the customer to sign declaration that he will not go to social media. Since this is illegal to force somebody in lieu of compensation, I have filed a complaint against them at the consumer forum in Texas. If this company forces someone else to do the same, I encourage you to do the same. It can be done online and in a few steps.

Punit helped me in sending some imp docs from US to India at a very compettive price than others, and with tracking all the way to delivery address. Happy with using SFL as my courier service.

We were skeptical at first and now we are believers. We needed some important documents to travel very quickly to Poland from the USA. Except mattresses all other appliances, furniture including leader sofas were damped in water during the shipping and spoiled beyond usage. Electrical appliances (Washer and Dryer) got dents, broken control panels. Probably mishandled in every stage of shipping, soon after we handed over the goods from our home from Irving, Tx to shipped to India.

Absolutely appalling service from SFL. I entrusted them with shipping a product, and it arrived in a deplorable condition—completely damaged. Attached the pictures of that. To make matters worse, their customer service was a nightmare. I reached out hoping for a resolution or some form of compensation, but was met with indifference and ineptitude. They seemed more interested in brushing off my concerns than actually addressing the issue. This company’s lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers and ensure proper handling of shipments.

After ALL my possessions were smashed in boxes using this company I filed a claim with Fedex, however SFL also filed a claim (without my permission) which meant that they received all my claim money, close to 4k. SFL Worldwide did not notify me of this, Fedex did. So now they are holding all my funds. With no return date.... this is criminal

Packages were sent via FedEx to the Dominican Republic, delivery date was scheduled for 5/27/24. The boxes have yet to be delivered! No one advised the content list needed to be translated into Spanish, I am being charged all sorts of additional fees that I was not made aware of prior to shipping. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service as well as FedEx.

Very poor service by Mr.Prashant, no idea about shipping. They damaged the goods inhouse and blamed it on me. Requesting all to not use SFL worldwide service.
