Excellent Shelving & Service

Excellent racking, very well made and very easy to put together. It has totally transformed my garage which is now more organised. Glad I chose Tufferman for my racking.

Speedy delivery and a quality product, will be ordering some more soon.

Up until now still hasnt arrived

Product is great and good price. Unfortunately some of the plastic boxes were damaged on receipt. The customer service however was excellent, I emailed on the Saturday after unpacking and identifying the problem. Customer Service is only open Monday to Friday but by 9:10 Monday morning they had been in contact to confirm the problem and replacements were sent the same day.

Goods arrive in good time, although the packaging seem a bit large for the goods, so they could rattle around, so couldn’t be easily posted through the letterbox. Items fitted my shelving.

Easy to build, fast delivery, does what it says it does

My first order with Tufferman was for some racking, benching and euro containers. If I was reviewing based on product quality only it would be a close to 5 star review with the quality of the product great. Only had a small issue with some of the shelves being too tight a fit and requiring a slight trim. Unfortunately the logistic partner is not up to scratch. I ordered next day and had a failed delivery due to the logistic company sending a wagon way too big for my road even though it is a main 2 lane road! Then they redelivered the next day but upon unwrap I found substantial damage where it looked like they had dropped the pallet and the euro containers had also been damaged by the straps. I contacted customer support at Tufferman and they were great in resolving everything no quibbles. Replacements were sent out promptly although there was again very minor damage to the shelves for the benching which are chipboard. I think the combination of not enough protection and rough handling means this is potentially a continuous problem. I also had a separate pickup from the logistics company for the damaged products followed by another driver turning up a week later to pick up the items that had already been picked up so there seems to be problems with the logistics provider from my experience at least. I have given 4 stars on the fact that the products is good and the customer service was great (especially Jade who dealt with my emails). Would I order again? Yes, but I would be checking the delivery a lot more closely in the future.

Prompt delivery, well packaged and looks to be a great piece of kit. Instructions on how to assemble would have been much appreciated. Long time since I played with my Meccano kits.

Ordered on 23 Dec and arrived 24 Dec. Super product, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Great price too. Well worth the money.

Good quality shelving and quick delivery

Had a few issues with the delivery time and items being damaged on delivery. Customers service were very helpful and are busy sorting the issue.

Quick delivery and ordering system

Purchased 2-bay VRS shelves and 8 plastic boxes. Shelves don’t seem quite as robust as expected so the wall fixing kit is a must. Assembly is ok but instructions could be clearer and more legible however Only a rubber mallet is required so almost tool-free. Overall decent shelving at a reasonable price.

Waited in from 0800 to 1800 for a delivery, no sign of it, no means of contacting the courier, no phone call, nothing. Simply not good enough. Can’t even call Tuffermans as they are shut.

A reasonable product. Some parts missing; I made substitutes, upright joiners.
