Due to package all damaged one phone call and one email to them with pictures of goods it was all sorted no hassle no fuss ....I will deal with yous again and friends xand family will be told to use tufferman if anything is required....thankyou

Ordering and delivery superb the construction of the shelving lacked detail and clarity. The upright end caps very poor quality difficult to fit and broke 3 caps trying to fit them. Overall a good product and did what needed it to do ie storage shelving in the garage at reasonable cost.

Good quality materials plastic containers made from sturdy plastic! Metal frame also good.

Easy to navigate website and ordering process was easy. However, I did get sent the wrong size shelving but they were excellent in turning round a replacement without any hassle and I was was delighted with their service

Delivery good and prompt

The shelves fit together without tools which did make assembly easier. Fitting the cross struts does require patience and a bit of technique. Once they're up they're robust and certainly cleared a huge amount of floor space in our garage. I would definitely buy them again if! I needed shelving units

sturdy storage - slow dispatch times

Bought pvc tiles to lay in the cargo area in my van, Great product, fitting realy easy , and tiles easy to cut with jig saw and delivered within 2 days

Have not yet assembled this one yet but I put one up last autumn and my experience encouraged me to put up another.

It was easy to contact the sales team by phone especially as one of the packages was damaged in transit. They were brilliant and sent a replacement with overnight delivery which arrived on Christmas eve most impressive. Things can go wrong but what matters is how companies deal with it. No complaints here a very customer focused company.

Delivery was very good. However there were no instructions included in the package so we had to wing it- as we were trying to get the shelving up over a weekend so no one would have been on the phone to help. I think they could be emailed as a minimum. Also, a couple of the parts showed water damage, flaking paint and rust.
