No protective packaging therefore product was damaged on delivery. Third party delivery company didn’t treat the package as fragile. Same delivery company picked up for return the next day and full refund was received. Racking frame and shelves are easy to damage and need a lot of protection assuming average courier handling.

The delivery company that you used were not good at all , left the large packages against our bungalow wall and did not even ring our or knock our front door my wife was in and had to get a tarpaulin from the garage as it was going to rain and I was at work , otherwise every would have been wet

Order split into multiple components, each delivered on separate days by a courier who could not specify even an approximate time between 8am and 6pm. Components that did arrive were entirely incorrect (2 x 2-shelf bench units 1200 wide instead of 2 x 4-shelf storage units, one 1600 and one 1200), and with further components still missing. Staff at the end of the email appeared polite and helpful but the logistics have not worked well. First world problems I realise but disappointing, I'm sorry.

Prompt delivery, easy assembly especially if an assistant is used. The components of the wall-fixing package were a little random - too many of some parts, too few of others, when judged against the instructions and component list. But very pleased overall.

Easy to use website - great communication and a great product. Felt very flimsy before construction but they are solid when built. When DHL delivered, the boxes I ordered were missing but the driver went out of his way to find them, they had been loaded on another van. He went and got them and dropped them off within 30 minutes.
