Easy to order and delivery very good. Only issue is on the video it shows arrows on the uprights and there was none. Also the mdf boards took some considerable effort to go in - a mallet helped! But once up, substantial and good looking shelving

Hi The shelf is solid and I'm happy they will not fall apart. And delivery is fast. Nice website. Cheap price. But lot's of downsides. I did ask you for the direct email address of your sales manager to give this feedback with pics and you replied with a generic bland response saying send it to 'sales'. Do you have an email contact for your sales manager so I can give some feedback with some photo evidence. Thanks. ------- 1) Every single shelf I ordered (4 units) had some degree of damage to it. I had to use pliers to straighten out the metal else it does not fit into the slots. Why would you be cheap in terms of your packaging and allow the product to be damaged in transit? Covering thin sheets of metal with cardboard doesnt work as you can see from the photo's. Maybe you could use foam in each box OR perhaps if someone orders multiple units, wrap 3 or 4 of them together and cover with foam so less cost to you. 2) They are not adjustable. Once you bend the metal tabs into place and 'hammer' the shelf into place, it is close to impossible to them remove the shelf without bending the metal out of shape. I will never make the mistake of ordering 'boltless' shelves again. With a bolt system you can easily adjust the height of the shelf without banging out the shelf from underneath and denting it. Note: you cannot easily move a shelf that is located in the middle with your system because the vertical metal struts are holding the whole structure so tight together (which is good for stability but makes it a NON-adjustable system). Trade offs I guess. I'm not sure if you simply sell these on behalf of some other company, or make this product yourself. But whoever designed this should ideally get some feedback so they can improve. Hope this helps. Thanks p.s. Trust Pilot doesn't allow links to the photo's I put on my Google Drive which is a shame. The delivery was two days late, (due to delivery company) but when I contacted the sales team, I emailed and was told the delivery company were contacted and told to make delivery that day, great after sale, and delivery within an hour, exemplary service.

Great product, good price, quick delivery….. replaced some cheap racking that wasn’t up to the job, and garage now has room for another motorcycle - result!!

Product good, delivery partner is a bit of a nightmare

Excellent product good value for money. One person put it together and it didn’t take long, looks great in the garage would certainly shop with you again, all staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Jess. Only complaint was dhl delivery couldn’t find my address one day although have been here before delivered the following day weren’t very polite did put complaint in.

Ordered thursday received goods friday morning product as shown fairly easy to assemble. Would recomend to a friend
